Golden Gates is our favorite restaurant for many years. Two last visits were very disappointing. Owners are taking advantage of popularity of the restaurant and the restaurant is packed – the tables are so close to each other, there is no space in dance area, waiters are not able to give you a good service because of amount of people, we didn’t get all our dishes. The menu is changed and more expensive but the food is getting worse. Our favorite “Chilean Sea Bass” used to be in France banquet menu -now available only in the most expensive menu $125 . Assorted meat - is not what you expect for $85. This is the only Russian restaurant we go and hoping that next time we will not be upset.

if i could give more stars i would ! i had my 25th birthday there with 50 people, both russian and american . The manager Lasha did everything i asked for and more ! The performers in the beginning and music was amazing, everyone was dancing all night . Also the food was hot and delicious. It was incorporated into my culture even with my american friends( they had the best time out of everyone). Anyone that wants to enjoy their night out thats the place to go !! Well, maybe BEFORE that place was great and there was lots of people, But now its empty. I guess time is changing everything... This place is big, But the food is old and taste like my grandmas two days old dishes. Ive no idea how old the food they gave you, but Ive got poisoned there at my friends party. Thats for sure. Servers are rude and barely smiles. Is it a famous Russian-style, I wonder? And i dont like the music they played... Well, I guess Russians dont like pops from America...(((

This restaurant certainly lives up to its upscale reputation. The service is outstanding, and the food is amazing. We had a wedding ceremony at this place last weekend. The owner George and chef Ellla made it a real celebration for all of us. Our guests were impressed by the outstanding service, gourmet food and great entertaining. All in all- it was a night filled with joy, fun and great food! Thank you for this unforgettable day in our lives.

Absolutely the best restaurant/club in northeast. You dont want to go anywhere else to spend an amazing, unforgettable night doesnt matter what the occasion is. Since they hired their new entertainment group, this place has been packed every Saturday night! The best singers and dancers!! The new owners are also extremely nice and will work around your budget. Party, party, party is all I can say when I think about Golden Gates:)))))

Visit Golden Gates Restaurant - you will be surprised how delicious French Menu there. They have different types of menu. The best of the best, honestly.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception there on Oct 4th. The service was outstanding. The decoration was elegant and beautiful, the foods were delicious and more than plenty, the MC and the entertainment were awesome. All our guests had a great time. We couldnt be happier. We highly recommend this place.

After many years coming here, we wont be coming back. They oversold the venue, meaning many of our party were crammed into a back corner without enough space. The food was ok; but with no views of the entertainment, we may as well have not bothered.

This place is good for bigger parties with a lot of people. The food is really good too. They have great entertainment and are very clean and organized. This is a place for fancier occasions.

This is a Russian restaurant which can serve large crowds. Those places are not cheap, but serve the purpose for large events, etc. Nice updated interior, good food.

Food needs major facelift. Marinated mushrooms instead of fresh in dishes, fruits with mold, oversalted meat. Maximum people squeezed into the space.
