My husband and I had our nuptial celebration/party here on July 15th after having a destination wedding ceremony in May. Ive been in the customer service and support industry for over 30 years and let me just say Edgemont Caterers provided exceptional service. Our experience with Donna was exceptional from beginning, when we made the arrangements to the end. She was there lending a hand and making sure everything was okay and that we had what we needed. The decor was beautiful. The food was delicious. Im not sure what the bartenders name is but she even noticed that I had not had anything, not even a drink of water and offered to get me something. My guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves and provided me with compliments on how beautiful everything looked and was. My husband and I are totally beyond satisfied despite the crazy parking situation. Great customer service is everything.

I had my daughters quinciañera there on 07/21 & there were a few thing I wasnt happy with. First, all my guest were complaining about how hot its was & how they were sweating from the beginning, it was obvious the air conditioner was not working. My guests also informed me that the drinks were ridiculously watered down. Also, the main table was supposed to get cider for toast but they gave us Ice-water instead. Most of the food was fine but the chicken was undercooked & bloody still. When you go pay for your last payment they suprise you with a "20%" fee, which is you basically paying their employees. I wish I didnt have all these issues on such an important day for me & my family and these are the reasons why I wouldnt recommend this place for your event.

I think they could had been a little more professional. I had to give them a copy of my insurance 3 times inorder to dj there. At the party they cut the power off while I was djing and people were dancing and the client still had a few minutes left for their event. Now I have to check all my equipment especially my hard drives to make sure there is no issues.

As a DJ this is the worst place to DJ in. They double book, so that means you can NOT come in early to setup for weddings or any type of event. They only give you ( 1hr to setup up EVERYTHING) I cant even bring my equipment in the doorway while they clean. On top of LOOKING for PARKING for a hour... Very inconvenient....

Parking was horrible and the food was gross. It wasnt edible. The chicken was undercooked. And the drinks were watered down. I only gave two stars because the place was decorated nicely in the inside

Everything was wonderful cluding your wait staff very polite very professional but it was too hot I was sweating, sweating, sweating.
