Played in mid-June, so the course was at its peak of great condition. Enjoyed the layout. Fairways were very good. Rough fair, not too deep. Not much trouble to get into. The fun part of the day was putting the very difficult, undulating and very fast greens. But, dont worry about bringing your tool to fix ball marks because there wont be any! The greens were like concrete. Greens will NOT hold a shot. Very frustrating to hit a good shot and see it bounce 20 feet in the air and go over into deep rough. GPS is also irritating. Out of nowhere, when you not anywhere near trouble or greens, it disables cart and you have to back up until it allows you to proceed. GPS was also very inaccurate. Sitting on 150 mark on 2 different holes, one read 168 and the other 133. Play was slow, 4 1/2 hours (on a Monday!) We had long waits on a couple of holes. Overall, glad we crossed it off our list but not fun to play tee-to-green, so we wont be back. Many other great courses around to play that include having fun playing it!

Played Saturday of US open Weekend . Place looks a little sketchy from the outside and difficult to tell where clubhouse is when arriving. Looks like the course has lights that would have allowed you to play at night. Would have been fun to try that but do not think they are used any longer. Fun layout and got great rate of $20 with cart for a Saturday afternoon. Nice carts with GPS made for a great round of golf. Conditions quite good. Restaurant was reasonable and typical pub type food. Overall fun experience for me and my son who were in the area visiting Oakmont for our National Championship.

The course was in good shape, the staff was quite rude and rushed my scheduled grouping to the tee box. The league had hit into us twice and my group was moving at a fast pace. An employee was rude on the course proclaiming we were trying to play more wholes than we had paid for. The clerk at the front desk was nice as well as the starter. Dont let Golfers schedule tee times during your leagues, false advertisement and will lead to anger.

It was an excellent experience there the staffing was extremely friendly and made sure everything was satisfactory. The golf course is well taken care of. The course offers great deals and has reasonable prices. The course has great scenery and is a fantastic course to play! The food there is delicious the menu has endless options. Its always a great time at Fort Cherry Golf Course!

My wife and I play this course frequently, since its close to our house. Prices are very reasonable and course is always in good shape. Fairly open course with tough greens, we always have fun there. Staff is very nice and GPS carts are great.

Played the course for the first time this year. The greens were in excellent condition, relatively fast. The fairways were in good shape and the rough was controlled, not too deep. The course is in the best condition I have ever seen.

Nice place. Maybe a little dated. But it is a golf course with 30 rooms. Rates are reasonable. Come here once a year for last 12 years, hope it never changes.
