Terrible. Wish I could give lower than one star. Guess you get what you pay for. Whoever the guy was behind the counter was incredibly rude. Very unfriendly. He was incredibly unpleasant, couldnt even crack a fake smile. Watched him storm out of the shack, I mean club house, just to yell at someone trying to tee off on the 10th hole claiming they cut in front of people when there was no one behind them. Then came out to yell at someone, who was turning around and driving off the greens to leave, from what I overheard the person saying they had to leave because they got a call about a family emergency. Was the person suppose to drive the whole course waiting for people to finish the holes just to get to the parking lot? They werent in the way of anyone golfing and stayed off to the side of the greens. Dude already got his money since the person was already in the process of golfing. I wasnt even the people getting yelled at but just watching that unfold was a turn off to this place. First time golfing here and the last time golfing here. Rather play Rich Maiden or another course.

Pleasant Hill Golf course does offer a fairly inexpensive rate for a course with adequate conditions, however, they lack in the field of customer service. I value customer service higher than product quality with any company or organization. I have been to Pleasant Hills a few times now and every time was greeted by a different gentlemen at the main desk. Every one was very rude, and ignorant. They are not welcoming to their golf course at all. They are all unpleasant and very deterring. I would not recommend golfing at Pleasant Hills to anyone wanting to enjoy their overall experience. The truth off the matter is, Pleasant Hills provides an experience all but, "Pleasant". I will gladly take my money and friends to Rich Maiden, especially being adjacent to Pleasant Hills.

The course is very cheap, but as stated previously, the customer service is horrific. Myself, along with a few friends have continuously found them to be unaccommodating, and at times, just flat out rude. Ive played the course about 5 or so times and would suggest Rich Maiden. It is a stones throw away from Pleasant Hills and is a much better course in virtually every facet. The rates are slightly higher, but well worth it for a nice round of golf.
