This use to be a city landmark, Now its an empty shell. Very sad to see this happen to such a great and important place. If you want a true experience in learning about aviation thats in the spirit of what the museum use to be. Check out the Pearson Field Education Center just 2 blocks down from the old museum.

Great exhibits about the advent of flight. Starting with the wright brothers and through the early technological innovations. Rangers and docent guide you through but you can explore on your own as well. Ignore all the one star reviews. Those have nothing to do with the exhibits here now.

Unfortunately, the planes, flight simulators, library, and gift store, and most aviation exhibits have been removed over a dispute with the Park Service. However, most can be experienced at the Pearson Field Education Center located two blocks South on Reserve Street.

The Pearson Air Museum, managed by the National Park Service as part of the Fort Vancouver National Historic Site, is a great little museum. It has many different exhibits which share information about the history of flight, and the history of the site.

Staff this time were very unfriendly to kids. We were the only ones there and they yelled at them for saying wow and look at that in excited voices. Very disappointed, doesnt build respect across generations.

Great place for aviation fans. Pearson Field is one of the oldest still operating airfields in the US. Admission is free and the staff is super friendly. They are very happy to tell you more about this place.

Pearson is a wonderful air Museum with lots to see. Make a day out of visiting Pearson Air Museum, Fort Vancouver, and have dinner at the Grant House on officers row.

Nice exhibits for aviation fans and young ones. Nearby fort Vancouver is also a great time. A few early era airplanes available at the museum.

Pretty cool little air museum. Free entry is nice. Only 4 stars because its so small and doesnt have a lot of aircraft.

Awesome NPS gal working the front desk today! Kids enjoyed the small museum. The front had a fun hands on parachute model.
