Two downfalls that, to me, is irritating: 1)Highway noise! 2) The big ugly highway that blocks an otherwise beautiful city skyline! But I suppose, the infrastructure is a beck of a lot more necessary than me not being slightly irritated by it. Other than that, its a very pleasant place, with amazing views of the water, the Cascades, and from certain vantage pouints, My. Rainer in the distance. There several great seafood restaurants, excellent land and urbanscaping, and access to the Ferris to go to either Bremerton or Bainbridge Island. There is one large tourist trap shop that is beyond tacky. Its called the Pirates Trove, or something like that.

Of course the Ferris wheel commands the attention at this waterfront venue -- its a great frame for the views out into Elliot Bay. We used this as a place for our son to pick us up after our stroll through Pike Place. Its a good walk, but that was what we were looking for. The park had a lot of construction going on but that did not stop the crowds from bustling in. Much of that was for the restaurants, the Aquarium and for the ferries, I presume. The park just had a fun feel to it, even if you were like us -- just waiting to catch a ride.

Nada demais, apenas bonitinho.

Great public space. Great views of the Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains across the sound. There are often events taking place here, especially during the summer. Lots of retail and restaurants. And the Seattle Aquarium. Great even just for walking/exercise. Morning, day or night, is definitely worth checking out.

A great place to walk along the water. There are bits of art along the way and plenty of benches for sitting and just enjoying the view. It is right by a main train line so if you dont like the noise from that it likely isnt a place youll enjoy walking. It is handicapped accessible with concrete pathways.

This is a great place to stop to get a holistic view of the city! Take a ride on the Ferris Wheel and check out both the bay and the high rise buildings! Its is definitely money well spent! Wish there was even more free stuff to do, but if you grab a bite to eat as well youll have a great time!

Theyre a short walk down from Pike Market near the Aquarium. They have games for young kids and average game player. They also have F-Zero AX which is a rare racing game & they currently have as of 5/25/10 when I just checked the brand new Iron Man pinball game (75cent a game or $1 for 2 games).

The waterfront is awesome during the day but I think its a little better at night with everything lit up right by the water! I havent been on the ferris wheel yet but it looks like a blast and its not too bad of a price considering what you get, its $13 for an adult and $8.50 for children.

Very nice place to come if you want to relax on the waterfront. Still undergoing renovation but there is plenty of room to walk. Will be nice once completed to be able to walk the entire length of the boardwalk. Its a place I will make sure to visit anytime I am up in the Seattle area.

Good place to stroll in a good weather. Theres scope for improvements and it seems that they have a plan to redesign the park in 2018. No public restrooms. Need more public places to sit and enjoy waterfront. Most of the current waterfront areas are occupied by private restaurants.

Its a great place to walk along and see the water traffic and people traffic as well. Theres lots of restaurants and stores to check out, as well as a few tourist places like the Aquarium, Argosy tours and the Great Wheel. The views of the sunset arent bad in a few places as well.

Cool spot to stop by to enjoy the 360 view of the city coast. Meanwhile, you can play ping pong, visit the aquarium, ride the ferris wheel, or grab a bite of seafood. Very relaxing vibe, although my wife and I had to climb back up the long stairs to return to the streets!

Always a fantastic place to take a stroll. There are games on the boardwalk, great shops (Ye Olde Curiosity Shoppe), fantastic restaraunts, and some equally great attractions! Dont forget to check out Wings Over Washington! Tucked away right next to the Great Wheel!

Fun place with stuff to see. I highly suggest taking the Ferris wheel with friends. It gives great views and shots. Theres place to eat and across the street was an antique store. I came from the Pikes Public Market, so there will be stairs. Youve been warned

Its a mini port with small shops , restaurants, games and lots more. Two rows of shops close & opposite. Some male & female statues fully dressed in colorful past times American attires are put along the shops. We get a feel of old time ports or watérfronts.

A nice place, not spectacular. Decent views of some piers and on the other side, a nice view of downtown. When I was there it was a mixture of tourists snapping photos and homeless hanging out. Like I said, nice enough, but not really any reason to linger.

It is such a great spot to sit down for a moment and enjoy the view the surrounding waterfront and of the Sound from the boardwalk, as well. You can also do fishing and boating there as well. It is a perfect place to relax your self with family or alone.

Ganz nett, aber es gib deutlich nettere Orte. Gehört zu Seattle dazu. Hat aber seine besten Tage bereits hinter sich.

Plenty activity that you can find all around you. Like sailboat trip you go on, the seafood are best in town. Dont forget plenty of shopping to do. The great marigolds round you can ride. Be brave the glass floor, heart beating to say.

Its a bit of a mess at the moment due to viaduct construction but still worth visiting. I spent the afternoon shopping the waterfront before visiting the Great Wheel Farris wheel and eating top shelf ice cream at the waterfront park.

I just dont see this as a park, and aside from the fountain it is not particularly eye catching. I can think of several ways to better utilize the historic and natural beauty of the area while maximizing seating areas for visitors.

A great spot to sit down for a moment and enjoy the view of the Sound from the boardwalk, as well as the surrounding waterfront. Well laid out. Relaxing fountains and scenic views. Nestled between the Aquarium and the Great Wheel.

Great place to walk. Bring a meal and you can use the free seating all around the water. No smoking makes the area nice to hangout in and the city keeps it pretty clean. Well worth checking out if you are on the water front.

Beautiful views of the Puget Sound and downtown Seattle. Lots of shops and restaurants, though a bit more pricey due to the tourist attraction. Can be crowded on holidays and weekends but still always a nice place to visit.

Fabulous time on the waterfront! Rode the Great Wheel and enjoyed views of the Sound, Olympics and the downtown area. Had a fun time on Wings Over Washington. Go check out the waterfront in this beautiful weather!
