Extremely HORRIBLE. I chose this venue as a place to celebrate a birthday. I came with a group of 20 people with a reservation already made and the "door guys" were so UNPROFESSIONAL going back and forth telling me that they had given my reservation away. After that they picked one of my guests and said he could not get in for whatever odd reason. We got in and it took them 20 minutes of them switching us from table to table. We later had to pay $400 for a table reservation inside and they told us we had to leave after 10 minutes of us paying because one of my guests was "looking sick" and they "dont allow throwing up in their club." I believe I was overcharged and taken advantage of. All my guests left and were very disappointed on the staff and treatment we received. The guys inside were young and very unprofessional. They yell at guests and customers and even CURSE. I was disappointed of the situation so I stated I will report their company and a Hispanic young male with an unprofessional haircut Mohawk half shaved head replied back saying, "report me I dont give a s* you cant do anything." Staff was very uncoordinated and horrendous. No manager was present. This place is run by a bunch of kids with terrible language and no manners. I was so regretful to have chosen this location. I would never recommend this club to anyone. Please save your money and embrassment. #PartyRuined

Aura is beautiful inside, a large area to lounge in and pretty nice, luscious interior design. Sadly, the aura stops there, the remainder is a poor, very small dance crowd, "not hot" people with not so great drink specials, horrendous parking, and pretty high / always changing cover charges. Heres what it looks like on a Saturday night at 12am: No one standing outside, around 20 people inside the club (crickets chirping), dirty bathrooms. After a few dismal and poorly made drinks, terrible music with not-so-great speaker systems, my friends and I HAD to bounce, this is not how I want to be spending a Saturday night. Im mostly disappointed that this is a club that simply cannot live up to its beautiful name. Youre better off with the likes of uropa / numbers / drink Houston. In fact, Id say youd find a much better crowd at a pub or brewery.

i was discriminated on 3/26/17 i went to aura cuz my friends wanted me to go to check out dmx show Im wearing 250$ rock revival jeans and a $150 lacrosse shirt. the guy at the door tells me i cant come in cuz my pants are to loose . all along i see guy going in with the similar outfits but what really got to me was that there was a guy right behind me wearing old tore up shorts with a plain t-shirt and sum super worn out chuck taylor tennis shoes and they let right in . i seen guys in there with muscle shirts and wearing just bout anything but i get refused. negative stars

Cool little club with a mixed genre of music pending the DJ. They usually play some pop house and hip hop, and the occasional trap track. Tables by the dance floor get booked up quick, and parking becomes a nightmare after midnight on weekends. Id advise to plan ahead if youre thinking about dropping by Aura to party. Dress code enforced except for Sunday (Funday).

Terrible worst place in the world lot worth 20 dollar entrance. No Texas city permits for parking charges either . Loud inside not very clear quality sound anything would be better than this I mean the dirty water under the city sewers wouldve have been better than going here I regret every second of it till I die.

The club is a cool diverse spot. If you intend to valet park your car be sure to leave or lock up all of your belongings including the stuff in the trunk because they will go through your belongings and steal your stuff. I had to file a police report on the valet because my personal belongings were stolen smh

They try to sell it as a Vegas style club but it flat out isnt. Its way more ratchet and there was even a 50 year old pedo-stache looking dude wearing a Texans hoodie - whats the dress code? It cost $30 to park in their lot and for some reason the left bar smelled like a urinal.

Bouncer is an awkward black guy who gets in girls faces telling them to pay up and is racist against Asians. We had a table with bottle service and he gave us an attitude and was in my face when we told him. Music was decent but they should hire ppl who arent self loathing.

This place is nice but unfortunately this is not a "night club"..... I was really look forward to some dancing and there is no place to dance... This is more of a lounge it had great music but it you want to let loose and shake it this is not the place to go...

Shocked at these reviews, Ive been here a few times and its always a good time! Staff is always super friendly and professional, drinks are strong as ever so the price isnt a problem. The music is great on Saturday nights too. I love AURA!!!!!

Unprofesional staff. If you are looking for an overpriced place that doesnt care for your money this is the place to go to! They let in friends for free but not the actual clients with money.. Great way to grow a business.

May be a Cult or something Illegal happening there because EVERY TIME I pass by there, everybody is dressed in ALL BLACK CLOTHING and its an After-Hours Club but on the High end of their customers.

Over priced. Will not let you have a table if you dont have at least 4 ppl. I like the fact they have themes sometimes and the dj is usually pretty good with the songs.

Nice crowd, good music and fairly fast service, a great spot to have your Saturday party, come dressed nice and you shouldnt have a problem getting inside. Recommended.
