Pinelakes tavern had a clean fresh bar. Walking in its cool and smoke free. They have great music and shows playing during your visit. They even have a tiki bar outside if you need to smoke! The service is always fast and friendly. Although depending who is bar tending, the bartender might up the charge for your drink when it shouldnt. So know your prices and be careful before paying. I highly recommend this place if your looking to come chill and relax.

Pine lakes.....nice course, well groomed and maintained!! Wide fairways...Staff was very friendly and helpful!! Other than the bartender....she couldnt comprehend how to add two hotdogs and 5 beers.....slowed us down at the turn and then we were rushed on the second half of the course..... also kind of long walks from edge of cart path to the greens... overall pretty nice place.... the Granddaddy!!

The course was in wonderful condition. Loved how it played. The problem I had was the starter was so disrespectful in the way he treated us. Just nasty. Not a good way to start a round. Also, it played to slow. Maybe the starter didnt know what he was doing. Would I play it again, maybe.

Excellent track. Played on a rainy day after some tstorms so it was quite wet but thats to be expected. Wonderful fairways and t boxes. Aerated greens recently but many here have done recently. Would definitely play again(like tomorrow please honey?) Spectacular day despite weather

Loved this course. The best that Ive played since in Myrtle Beach. The course, staff, fairway and greens were excellent. Played with 3 golfers that were very nice gentlemen. Not a easy course..(long). Recommend everyone to play this course, you will Love it.

Well taken care of. Great layout, different from a lot of other Myrtle Beach courses.. Definitely recommend if you havent played it yet. Greens roll true... Bunkers play like youd expect from a legite course. Just need a range to hit balls before round.

Absolutely beautiful course. Even though the course is the "grandfather" of the Myrtle Beach Area, it has a nice modern touch to it with raised and guarded greens, attractive placements of water, and amazing landscaping. It is a must play in the area.

For a Myrtle Course this is a great option. Staff was Superb, and grounds were very fair. Greens were a 6.5 in speed but well kept. Clubhouse looks Classic and worth the visit. I recommend it!

Fantastic golf course. Very very well maintained from when you pull in & from tee to green! Fairways in perfect condition, beautiful views, perfectly raked traps! You wont regret playing here.

Though they dont serve free clam chowder anymore, the course is great and service is excellent. The Granddaddy is fun to play and was in good condition when I played in Sept 2015.
