Some holes are still very boggy in front so dont expect any landing short and bouncing on shots. Rates are very reasonable and staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Can get a little slow during nice weather so plan on a plus 4.5 hour round at those times. They have put a lot of improvements into the course lately as in new sand in some bunkers, ball washers, new shoe cleaner, mulch on various holes, new ceiling tiles, paint, lighting and fans, totally renovated the bar area with new TV, new umbrellas for outside tables, new outdoor lighting, added a few picnic tables around bag drop area and various potted shrubberys but inside & out. Also did extensive repair to various wooden fences & bridges and have cleaned up a lot of the debris from last falls major weather events. Fairways are coming in nicely but some of the greens are lagging a bit. Still a very popular place for locals, snowbirds and tourists.

Course was in terrible shape. They stacked way to many players up and had to wait at each hole behind 2-3 groups on every hole. Toward the end of the first nine holes, had a group pass us leaving course. Said it was too backed up and the course wasnt that great anyway. The group behind us left before the 8th hole. No beverage cart. No ball wash on cart and the ones on the course were 1) out of water 2) handles were broken off of alot of them 3) only 1 ball wash out of 18 had a towel. There needs to be a pace setter/guard keeping the players moving. One person on the foursome in front of us would take his bag off the cart and carry it to his ball every time. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! We have played this course a couple of times and this will be the last time. There are many amazing courses in the area. This course seems more interested in collecting money and doing nothing for their players in return for it.

i am a member and the course is actually in pretty good condition. Fairways, tees, and greens are very good and the greens putt well. Dont get in the bermuda rough or youll pay(as it should be). Sand traps could use some sand and be groomed a little better. The course from the white tees is very challenging and the 130 slope rating is well deserved. It has some very good holes and you have to keep the ball straight as it is tight on a lot of them. Ive played a lot of courses down here and i would say it ranks in the top 50%. I really like the course and staff and will continue to be a member there.

one of the hardest golf courses in the low lands of south Carolina, the reason that people dont like playing here, is that you have to hit the ball straight at all times or you will be in the water, sorry people but have been playing down here for 28 years! I amnot saying that this is my favorite course down here buy no means, but if you cant control your shots it will become very difficult to post a good score.

Beautiful course, a value at 27 dollars for 18 while your on vacation and have a budget this is a good quiet course for you. I am also a beginner and ended up playing a great round. There was no rush, got backed up a few times but other than that great. They are working on the putting greens so they are very rough and filled with dirt.

A nice architectural design, but terrible routine maintenance. The tee boxes were over 2-3" tall and needed mowing, the fairways had not been mowed, and many sprinkler heads were broken and had 20-30 feet wide muddy areas where you could actually loose a golf ball near the green. A very bad experience on what could be a good course.

Great layout and a great price. Booked my round through Golf Now app. The course was very wet but playable due to rain every day for the last week. Cart paths only. Greens were decent considering that we are in late August. The course has a lot of water hazards on it but is very fair and rewards a good shot. Not overly hard.

The course has a nice layout and was in good shape. Generous tee marker selection for all abilities. We were on the first tee box on time and golf moved along reasonable well. The staff was friendly and attentive. I thought the snacks and lunch were a bit dear. ($$$)

First time player at this club. Played 3/21/2017. Great course and layout. The staff was great and the price was moderate. The only problem was with the sand traps, they played more like waste area. Needs a lot more sand in them. Overall a great day.

Worst golf course Ive ever played. No bad attendant or carts when we pulled up. Course in terrible condition. No water or beverage cart on the course, also no coolers on carts. 5.5 hour round, no ranger. Better off not playing than playing here.

Very reasonably priced and nice helpful staff. Course was still wet from the day before so not fair to judge too harshly. Greens and fairways in great shape for early spring. Would go again!

The back nine is better than the front. The greens dont roll they bounce. Some greens have spots with no grass. With this course you definitely get what you pay for

Poor condition, course was very wet and no rain 4 days prior to playing. Greens had bad spots and lots of crab grass. I guess at $26 you get what you pay for

Greens are in terrible shape. Not because they punched them but because of lots of dead spots. Very bumpy. Fairways ok.
