Nickel and dime you for membership options- "premium" membership would be basic amenities at other gyms. Premium membership had a slightly nicer locker room and a sauna - whoopee. You pay extra for a full-time locker. Pool schedule is terrible and is basically built around kiddy pool swimming lessons (do you really need a full lane for 2 kids to paddle around in?) and whatever rental theyve managed to squeeze into the schedule that week (Hello Canoe club - yep). Good luck trying to swim on tuesday nights. Staff is lackluster w/ a few nice people, but Ive had a couple experiences that make me wonder how this place has stayed in business for this long. It seems like the equipment is constantly breaking. The mens locker room straight-up SUCKS: tiny, literally FOUR lockers that dont have full-time locks on them (oh, another item you have to pay extra for). I have heard other members complain about the lack of working equipment in the gym, although I cant attest to the general state of the equipment in there. Bottom line: if you swim, DO NOT SWIM HERE. IT SUCKS.

I was a previous employ of this Organization. They have had lots of changes going on and have bits and pieces of something great. Overall they struggle strongly with communication (reason for leaving). They have redone there fitness area and have started to build a stronger program. On the other side of it there lack of communication is do to poorly staffed areas. While im sure they continue to build in the changing times its hard to see results. They are can be consider not muture in there current state. i expect to a great change in the upcoming months to years with a new director, who seems very capable. if your looking for a family or bonding environment this is not the right choice. If you are looking to change yourself quick with little distraction. this could be the place. 2014

Lets see... Looking for really expensive daycare masquerading as a school Then look no further. Staff is in disarray, communication is poor at best. The only good thing is the swimming lessons. If you want your child to be bored, then send them here. Structure is terrible, education nearly non-existent. My child learned more at day care than the alleged "Pre-K" program at the JCC.
