Beautiful huge park. Its pet friendly with dog section. Picnic spots that will fill a family or a crowd. Tennis courts, horse shoes, baseball field and soccer field. Cook out friendly and rest rooms open all summer. Park is open untill midnight for the evening readers and yoga. The shade trees are a true asset on a warm day. Basket ball courts that are roofed for play in the rain. Play ground for the younger crowd that is awesome!! Plunty of benches for adults to over see there children. One of the nicest park in my opinion in Portland!

I really enjoy coming to the Irving Park because, I live on 14th ave right by the park area and its a beautiful place to come to when Im looking to take a nice walk or just to go to a nice park and enjoy my day there or at least a few mins of looking around at the parks view of the area. I hope if anyone gets a chance to get out and take a walk. Maybe youll consider coming to the Irving Park and enjoying your self there for a bit. I take my dog here every day. There is a fairly large off leash area for dogs. Please only bring your dog here if it is well-socialized and used to playing with high-energy dogs. There seem to be a lot of owners in the area who have no idea how to handle their dogs at an off leash park, and that really ruins it for everyone else.

Everything you need in a park. Has wide open fields, baseball diamonds, bathroom facilities, basketball court, hills, and many trees for shade to sit and read a good book. I would go to this park to have a picnic, play sports, or even take someone to ride a bike for the first time. Would spend many days here.

Beautiful neighborhood park with lots of big trees and a nice walking, jogging or biking path. Two large basketball courts, one of which is covered. Nice childrens play area with water feature. Small outdoor dog park. Two baseball fields and large grassy area for soccer, etc.

Beautiful park. The trees are amazing!. Theres lots of trails & paths to follow along& take a walk to enjoy all the breathtaking scenery. There is also an area where dogs can be allowed to be without a leash and also they have a cool little kids playground.

I love the landscaping of this park. Featuring many walking trails, a play structure, tennis court, and areas for dogs to run around. There are several entrances and trail exits making the park seem more open and commutable from any direction.

Great mix of family, sport, play and off-leash areas here. My dog loves this park and gets a great workout running up and down the gentle slopes of this close-in NE park while my daughter enjoys the expansive playground.

Nice Park, Great Playground Equipment, Large space for Dogs and a waterpark for the summertime. My kids loved the day we spent here during their Spring Break vacay. Definitely worth the trip from Vancouver :)

My bf & I take the Fox there a lot. Its big and shady, not very full & random kid parades with Tubas make it funny; also good for Green Screen backgrounds. In town park with all amenities.
