Located right across the street from Lloyd Center mall this park offers a wide variety of activities and a a streaming fountain for the younger populace of Portland. During the summer months the city hosts Music in the Park featuring local bands from all genres. Always something to do at Holladay park and a great place to take a load off at any of its numerous benches and tables. Very well patroled by both the Park Service and Portland Police Department.

Holiday parties always been a nice little Park due to its location most of the persons inside of the park or simply people walking from the max station to Lloyd Center. During the summer they had a number of activities going on including live music and interactive activities for the kids. Its not a place that I would linger after Dark last time I passed through I ended up personally calling nine-one-one because of a fight that got out of control.

Wow, things have changed a lot since I visited Holliday park back in 85. I remember there was a hot dog vendor that had the best Coney Island Dogs (or her best take on em) this side of the Mississippi. I frequented it due to my working at BPA at the time, and looked forward to spending my lunch time in the park. I suppose it was a whole different time then.

Cool little park, even has activities for kids when its nice out. Though they could do a better job at keeping the smokers both of cigs and pot out. Plus it would make the place a lot safer. I have seen drunks there and groups of drugged up teens/adults there. Sounds like job security for a security company and the police. 5 stars when the issues are fixed.

I really dont know how to feel about this place. So many bad things happen here. I was robbed and jumped here my little brother (sister ex boyfriend) was shot and killed here. Friends was jumped here. All at separate times minding our business. This park just attracts the wrong crowd and theyre usually the ones doing the bad stuff.

A small park squished into a very urban space. It is constantly muddy during any wet weather. It tends to attract a sketchy crowd and has had several shootings there. There are no particularly appealing features, though there are a few benches and tables. The water feature in the middle just makes me think of germs.

Its a beautiful park with a neat splashpad. The end near the MAX is a mud pit, but the rest of the grass is lovely. The city does summer activites here, where they set up ping pong, foosball, chess boards, and some water-centric toys for the splashpad. The homeless population is very low, even at night.

This park is really trying to be family friendly. The kids looked to be having a great time in the water play fountain and there was one security officer constantly walking around. Given the surrounding neighborhoods, I wouldnt stick around after dusk at all though.

So many trees in this park its breathtaking plus places for picnics people watching and if its hot a dip in the fountain. Portland is losing its greenspots due to unnessasary development so i hope this park will stay true green and beautiful....

A little gem in the middle of the city. Just one square block full of big trees, interesting sculptures, and a big play-in-it fountain. Lots of benches and picnic tables. A great place to read a book, enjoy your lunch, or people watch.

Near the Lloyd center and max lines. Its often filled with commuters and students. There are ping pong tables at this park. It has a good energy/vibe but simultaneously feels a little sketchy, probably because of the location.

Great Park specially if you play pokemon go. During the day they are water going and outreach in the area. Common place for teens to hang out. Easy access to max. Often will have different fests there.

A shady park between Lloyd Center and the MAX (Green, Blue, Red lines). An area in the center for entertainment/activities, and a walking path that circles the park, with benches and tables throughout.

When you flail hard enough to finally get kicked out of the mall (which is hard), you have this awesome Park just outside the doors. Security can almost throw you directly into the park, literally! !

They had some yard games out, table tennis, and foosball. The fountain was nice, I thought it was too loud though because it hits pavement instead of water. Overall, pretty good for a transit stop.

Above average city Park with water features during the summer and ping pong tables. Sketch factor is high here since its close to the MAX and mall. Nice and shaded. Not picnic worthy

If you want to find drugs locally and dont know where to go just walk the Holiday Park. A great place to go between the mall and the max to sit and have a cigarette or smoke a bowl.

A nice park that is full of trees and is centered on a fun fountain for kids to play in. The light rail station is immediately beside it and gives easy access to central Portland.

This is the end point of the STP ride. The park is OK but after a 205 mile bike ride it looks much better than it is. Probably because you can finally get off your bike and rest.

They have games and activities for kids to do almost everyday for an 8 hour time span. Plus they have concerts during lunch hour and after 5 some days. Plus a water feature.

Its a lovely park, but the herds of teenage hoodrats diminish the enjoyability. Gunfire once or twice a year. I avoid the area when possible.

This is a shady park attracting a lot riff raff. Muggings and some shootings have happened here. The city needs to clean this place up.

Pretty small. There was great music playing the other day but it needs something more. Like a fountain or something more inviting.

Holladay Park has definitely turned around during the day. Definitely still a good idea to stay away or be careful at night though.

I love the water fountains and how they go up and down. It looks very nice. It would be fun to play in in the summer.
