Excelente museo sobre la historia militar de Estados Unidos y otras naciones, encontrarás armas antiguas usadas en las diferentes guerras de la historia, así como vestimenta militar, así mismo tienen una réplica de la bomba atómica; hay una venta de recuerdos sobre el lugar. Es ideal para visitar y saber más de la historia, así mismo la vista del campo para llegar hasta este lugar vuelve el paseó mucho más agradable.

I had the opportunity to visit this museum for the first time yesterday, and it was pretty neat. They had a nice collection of weaponry ranging from swords and maces to guns, cannons, and bomb sell casings. They also had interesting exhibits on West Points history as well as on some American history as well. A gift shop showcasing some nice items is also available to peruse. If youre in the area, its worth a visit. Admission is free, but there is a suggested donation.

This museum is very close to the West Point Academy and admission is free. The museum is believed to contain the oldest and largest diversified public collection of miltaria in the Western Hemisphere. Could easily spend a couple of pleasant hours touring all of the exhibits. a lot more is everything is read.

I liked the way the museum was organized, history of the academy, history of warfare, history of weapons, and history of the United States Army. While all intertwined, each of the sections had a focus which led to a better understanding of how events unfolded in each of the areas.

The West Point Museum is for sure a must see if you are visiting the Hudson Valley area, especially if you enjoy learning about our history. They have a vast collection of amazing artifacts from the war era. From uniforms to artillery to paintings & photographs. They have it all.

Museum is small but has some very unexpected items that I thought only Smithsonian would have. There is no charge to visit the museum. A must see if youre visiting West Point.
