The women that runs the country club is a joke. I got hired there last season. (I worked there years ago, under different ownership. After the leagues were done the clubhouse would be packed, its not like that anymore) Ive been a waitress/bartender for over 20 years.. I busted my butt doing about a months worth of work in a 6 hour shift, only to be told at the end of my shift, that I wasnt the rt fit. All while having servers too young to carry a pint of beer to a table. I dont know about the golfing aspect, but I do know that the clubhouse would make a lot more $$ if they had someone that actually knows something about business, and a lot more integrity running it.. Ive been told that its very common for her to hire people to do all the grunt work for a day or two, only to be told afterward that, "theyre not the rt fit". Ridiculous and not the way to run a business..

I had a great experience last nigbt hosting a party in the banquet room. Walter, Julie, and the staff were just fabulous. The food was perfect, exceeded expectations. I would definitely recommend Braemar as a party venue. There is a patio right outside. Walter and Steve did (and are still doing) a great job renovating both the building and the golf course, put Braemar back on the map! I wish I had photos to share. The banquet room is a absolutely lovely with skylights and neutral color. Its comfortable and perfectly appointed for Braemar.

Holes 3-6 have some character, but arent particularly fun. The rest of the course is just back and forth, flat, boring golf. The food is unimpressive, and the beer cart girls are borderline clueless (driving across tee boxes, driving up and away while youre hitting etc). If you can get a good deal and just want to hit the ball, its not the worst place to go. But dont go for the "country club" experience.

Only getting 2 stars because the restaurant is excellent other than that pace of play is horrendous even for a Sunday, the greens are in decent shape, rough is long and unkept and if they mowed tees and fairways it had to have been maybe once this week. The course has a ton of potential if they would have invested in the course before the clubhouse

Its not Mill Creek or Ravenwood, but its pretty decent for the price. Great value. I take my 10 yr old son here to play and he loves it. Its not full of stuffy golf douches who act like everyones an inconvenience to them. Great atmosphere, the clubhouse is really nice and for 18 and a cart, you cant beat the price.

Great facility, wide food selection, awesome service and a beer cart(girl)! Twilight fee $15w/ cart set with water, challenging shots and well kept fairways & greens, phenomenal deal and hit the restaurant after for well priced grub with flair! Local owned and great people!

I not into golfing but they have a very classy restaurant and very good food so I recommend anyone that like to eat give them a try! By the way they have probably the best fishfry Ive ever had!

Love the new design of the course the holes were in good shape and manicured the clubhouse is fantastic, the prices are fair $21 for 9 holes with cart or $26 for 18 on this day.

Worst course in Rochester! In horrible shape. Charging $30 to play in a field. You cant tell the difference between the fairway and rough. Horrible place. Go to twin hills!

Golf simulator here is a great way to keep practicing during the winter months. Theyve also done alot to upgrade the real course, will definitely golf here this season.
