if youre looking to spend money and get good service THIS IS NOT THE PLACE . The staff is very unprofessional and unorganized. For NYE we had a table reserved .. Melissa who works the front door(who is extremely rude) had a waitress take us to a table and situate us with our bottles and hookah and over an HR later comes over and says oh we need to move you guys to another floor. So they mess us seating and its our fault and they are rude on top of it ? Not to mention the doors were suppose to open at 9pm and we arrived at 9:40 but they did not let people in till almost 11 ?! So we had to stand outside like dumbasses in the freezing cold PLUS get horrible service. This place is a joke. NEVER AGAIN.

I drove from Philly (2+ hours drive) with 5 of my friends to attend the party last night. Ive been there before too. The club is nice but the drinks are a little bit OVERPRICED which I dont really mind. During the night I spent over 100$ for drinks and generously tipped the bartender 20-30%. By the end of the night I asked for a bottle of water and the same bartender charged 4$ for a bottle of water which is outrageous, because all the clubs usually give water for free. He probably didnt ring the water and just pocketed the money. Im never going back there because of this greedy mfs. Its a shame!!!

This is my 1st time in this venue and the people who runs this place is very brutish and unprofessional!!! From the door is was treated like a commen criminal the lady security gaurd a white blond woman was very rude and harsh I felt like I was going into a womans facility. They treated my friend who was visiting from another country like he was less of a person. Over all the customer service in this place is horrible. The only reason why I gave it a star was to write the review. Horrible staff very disorganized just an over all disgusting experience.

I saw Shawn Mendes here tonight and the venue was beautiful. Id like to especially shout out a guard I met named Chris. Very grateful for him because he made sure everyone got in the venue safely but also fairly. I was worried that I would be cut by someone behind me in line and he made sure that since I was the very first to arrive, I would be the very first to get in. Incredibly thankful because he made this special show so much more enjoyable. Thank you Chris.

Terrible Management!!!! Long Story short, I own an entertainment company and brought a client there who ended up booking a very large event ...I was assured that if the client booked there would a referral fee issued to me...The Sales person ended up getting fired and they are now reneging on the fee...Everything was in writing and they will not honor it...Barry Rosenthal is the manager there....STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

One of the best venues in New York!! Although being in New York for the past 5 years, having been to most of the venues here, I was very impressed when walking at the Melrose Ballroom. Gigantic venue, friendly staff, amazing food, great parties. I recommend this place to everybody. Go and you will not regret it ;) You will find yourself returning there quite soon!

It is big place for Queens 2 floors. They also offer valet parking. Lots of bathrooms but very small price for drinks were high. They did delivery a good show, every single artist they promise was there. Show starts at 7pm but they has no food to sell was a bit disappointing your only choice was drinks or popcorn.

Melrose Ballroom, by far, is the most prestigious venue in NYC with everything anyone needs when you go out to enjoy! From Coat check, to clean bathrooms, great service and best of all THE SOUND SYSTEM & LED WALL!!! Melrose Ballroom is my new nightlife home.

I was here for an event recently and I have to say, the space and sound system are amazing. If I was in my early 20s I would be here for dance parties frequently. It has a mini-Megaclub feel with the 2-story dancefloor.
