I was having a garage sale on a Sunday and wanted to have a sign out on my street so it can draw others attention to it. I went out early in the morning and leaned my sign against the telephone and it simply said YARD SALE with an arrow on it. I figure no big deal theres many other signs here. Later on I go out and notice that my sign was laid on the ground. So obviously not knowing why it was down I stood it back up and went home. Later on i had to go back out again and it was down again, so I stood it back up. And when I came back home it was down again and I was going to stand it up...AGAIN. Eventually a blonde dippy lady came running over to my car saying that she doesnt want our sign up because its "obnoxious and not helping the business and that shes trying to keep the community clean" Yes I understood this considering it was a neon orange sign but it was all I had to use and I was only going to use it for the one day. So since the community is a free community I stood it back up and left. I was just trying to promote my yard sale exactly how she was trying to promote her business with her obnoxious signs. Later on I went back out just to check on my signs which werent even there. Confused I went and asked her where my signs were and she had threw them in the back of her shop. Little did she know my daughter was trying to sell some of her stuff to raise money for her Gold Award for Girl Scouts. I was very furious and decided to go across the street and explained the situation to my daughters French Teacher who was kind enough to let us put our signs in her yard. I am extremely furious with her, the manager of a winery, not letting me be able to hang a yard sale sign against a telephone pole which she does not own. She also took down fellow neighbors signs that were trying to promote their yard sale too. As much of a wine drinker I am, I WILL NOT AND NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THE TOUSEY WINERY. POOR MANAGEMENT AND BOSSY, RUDE, BITCHY OWNER.

Good wines, terrible service We visited winery with a group of friends, without reservation. There were 8 of us who wanted to do the tasting, so we were situated outside. The owner came out and said that we can taste 5 wines for the $5. so far so good. We started tasting wines, which were mostly good (especially the Chardonnay). When we were done, we went to pay for the tasting inside, and all of a sudden instead of $5, we were requested to pay $15 per person, because we were a group. When asked the owner why is that, she said that she was super-nice to us and even poured more than 5 wines - yes, there was one person who asked to taste 3 more wines - this is why instead of $5 pp we all now had to pay $15 pp. The lady was rude and adamant about it, and even run after one of the people in the group as she thought he didnt pay (everything was paid in full). The winery management have to take hospitality 101 courses or hire a decent tasting room manager. They definitely lost our business and while we like their wines, they dont worth putting up with such a hostile attitude. Recommended to avoid. Find their wines in the store, they might be even cheaper there,

A great stop for taste & purchase of local wines. Our lovely hostess was friendly colorful and made our experience an enjoyable one! The tasting room is enchanting. This is a great family run operation that welcomes you into their great little world. I purchased the dry Riesling, Chardonnay and the Riot Red a delightful blend.

Ok wines. Obnoxious service. Very stingy tasting pours. Visited twice one year apart and it was Déjà vu all over again.
