This is one huge park with so much to do. The Islanders practice here, hockey teams from around the world practice here. There are baseball games always going on, joggers & walkers passing by. Exits to the street and places to eat if you build up an appetite, i.e. Burger King. Police on horses and maintenance workers throughout the entirety of the park. Just so much to do.

Best park ever, everything you need in one location. Anything you can think of they have it, from fitness trails to picnicking, from tennis to ice hockey, from soccer to baseball..just check it out for yourself and youll see. On their website you can download a map of the park which tells you where everything is located, print it out and take it with you.

Me and my friends currently attend Hofstra University nearby and often come here for a study break or a bit a football or ultimate frisbee. Its a beautiful park with great areas to just relax and chill out.
