My grandchildren, husband and I have had season passes for the last 3 years. But this is our last year. My grandauggter who has been going down the water slide by the pool since she was 3 is no longer allowed on it. She has a fear of going under the water so I have been standing off to the side and catch her as she comes out of the shoot. Girl life guard told me that is NOT allowed and to pick another ride. So she went on the "under 100 lb." Slide but the girl there was letting 4 teenage boys who were flurting with her dominate that ride. So I decided to take her on the tall, black waterside (dont remember the name) but after we climb to the top I was told I was to fat to go with her and its a two person ride. Sign says no one over 250 lb. Weighed her and I togeather and as a team we are under 250 lbs. Brought our lunch, cant eat by the pool, picnic tables are all reserved. Sat in the dining area but was told to leave because that was reserved for people who bought their lunch at the food shack. Really? We ended up sitting on the ground by the lockers to have lunch.....gross but we were hungry. I seen some people post the food is reasonable but when you are there with 4 kids and two adults and on a fixed income it can be very costly by the end of the week. Have had enough.

Its a cute lil water park but not very responsible! My sister and I went down the anaconda water slide and the lady said put your laces fingers behind your head. My sister went first and I heard a hard thump as she went down and then saw her come out and she looked ok(I was at the top of the tower mind you) then I went.... the tube is so narrow my elbow went down the side of the slide taking a layer of skin off then when i exited the slide the water was too shallow for the speed and I hit the bottom of the pool. I look at my sister and she has a huge lump on her head because she FLIPPED over in the slide and clocked her head on the side, she had to flip herself back over. went to first aide and they gave her a sandwich bag of ice for her head... no ice packs of course. Not a good experience!

I went with my 7 year old son and paid around $60 and was not allowed to use the two main attractions I came to use. They weigh you AFTER you wait on the longest lines and THEN tell you you weigh too much to use rides Ive been using for years with no issues. I complained that I wanted my money back and was told "No, there are plenty of other things to do for people that weigh too much for the black mamba and the new "toilet bowl ride", go use the wave pool" I am 30 years old with a 7 year old. I want to go on the most thrilling rides not sit in a wave pool like Im 70. Im a big guy, played football 63 and the weight restriction is ridiculous its not like Im morbidly obese. Should be ride at your own risk. This is discrimination.

My experience at this water park was awful from how I was told I couldnt go on most of the rides even know I was in the weight limit and 6 ft tall they said I couldnt ride even on the ones that say single riders, like why say you can ride single if you cant and I was just aggravated that they said that and I remember seeing a child that weigh over the limit and he got to ride no questions about it, I would say the best part of this park was leaveing and I will make sure that all my friends will hear about this awful experience #never come here ever

I brought my family to Zoom Flume Water Park last summer and could not have been happier with the experience. The park is kept so clean and the staff is unusually friendly and very good with children. The pools and slides are lots of fun and the price is right. Zoom Flume is located in a rural area and may be a little out of the way but is well worth the trip - we will be going back to Zoom Flume!

The Catskill Mountains used to have so many Great Places to go to while on Vacation in Americas Purple Mountains. There are very Few Great Places Left to Visit and that is very Sad. But one Place that is Great that is surviving and thriving is Zoom Flume Water Park. While Camping in the Catskills in the Summertime this is a must for every water loving Family!

We live an hour away but have bought season passes for the last 3 yrs. Our family tries to make it there at least once a week. Its very reasonably priced for our family & has rides just as great but not as crowded as our more local waterpark. I enjoyed going there as a young girl & love that I can experience the same joy with my family.

Zoom Flume is by far the best recreational park in our area. My only complaint is that I have been trying to contact them for weeks now and have not received a reply. I have sent emails through their website and have left several massages on their voice mail. I just called today (they are now open), and still no one answered the phone.

WOULD YOU TAKE A LOOK AT THIS ISH: NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. We are searching for two well-groomed Caucasian families. Actual “real” families would be terrific and our first choice but families can be created with friends or other family members as long as they look similar as “mother, father and children”?????seriously...

I felt really judge the whole time I was there by both the staff and the attendees. Yeah so what if I am a grown fifty year old man with a handle-bar mustache who likes to wear a bikini and get belligerently drunk and flirt with people half my age? I dont need to go home and sleep it off you do Zoom Flume.

Water park, great for families to cool off in the summer. Season pass is the way to go if you live locally. Food isnt incredibly expensive, and they allow small coolers in (no glass!). Rides are kept in good working condition, and employees are attentive to children.

Had an outstanding day with my family at Zoom Flume. They had a DJ playing music and hosting games with the guests. The Water rides are lots of fun for everybody and the food is reasonably priced and very good quality. We will definitely be returning soon.

Always fun for the big kids to go to, the little ones can wade in the tide and wave pools. Watch out for the sun, though, not too many places where theres shade. Its also worth getting a season pass if you plan to go at least twice.

Great Water Park perfect for children and Adults of all ages, and perfect to cool off on a hot day, dont like the fact the zip line isnt free for season pass users but other then that my children love going to ZoomFlume
