This was honestly one of the worst restaurants Ive ever been to. We waited half an hour to be seated, half an hour to get an appetizer, and another half an hour to get our entrees. When the food finally arrived, it was horrible. One diner in our party had a roast beef sandwich that was slathered with raw horseradish. Not horseradish sauce or mayonnaise. Raw horseradish. Another diner had a burger that tasted as if it had been microwaved. Im all for cheap bar food, but this was well below even the worst fast food restaurants, and took 10 times as long. On top of that, the service was poor. Our waitress never addressed the fact that we had waited almost an hour for our simple meals, or asked if we wanted more drinks. She quickly scurried away when we told her that the food was downright bad. Dont ever go here. Unless you enjoy eating food that your dog would turn his nose up at, while surrounded by geriatrics in a dive bar setting, then avoid Ravenswood at all costs.

Had a terrible experience here... and yes, the age of the people that come here are in the geriatric range, which is fine...but a great restaurant is going to have all different types of people in it. We had problems with our food and instead of asking how she could help, the waitress just said "sorry about that." How do you know what youre sorry for if you didnt even ask whats wrong? This place may have been great in its heyday, but there are places in Clifton Park which are much better--pretty much anywhere. They actually care about the food they send out. Dont go here!

This place use to be great, family owned and operated, great service, never had any problems. Been going here for 15+ years, never had an issue. I moved out of Clifton park a year ago, and recently just went there a few days ago. It was terrible, service was awful, the waitress basically forgot about us numerous times, and the food was terrible. The new owners have let this place slip away and now it is beginning to be like every other chain restaurant in CP. The new owners also own the Rusty Nail, and that place is just as bad. Steer clear of this place!

Apparently the resteraunt just changed hands and MAMA purchased it. All the dinners are gone of the menu and it is just sandwiches and appetizers. Too bad they used to have great food not so much now. The help was more interested in their cellphone rather than doing their job. Waited a long time and had to deal with at least 3 different servers while our server sat at a table near us playing on their phone ignoring us. Probably wont be back again. Too bad it used to be a great family resteraunt.

Great place to relax! The wait staff was a mixed bag. I guess they do team or partner table service. One was excellent and the other person you had to give him full details of what you wanted. They had live music. The mussels were excellent. Very reasonable food prices. Tuesdays are pasta night for $12.95 you get a salad and can choose all different types of pasta great value. Tuesdays are also trivia night. Free popcorn all the time. Locally owned and operated.

Came here with 7 friends before a metal show(not their typical crowd) and found a bunch of other metal guys there. The lady tending bar was incredibly good to us and no one made any complaints about any of us. Nice place, nice people, good beer selection!

I go here every week after my golf league. The food is reliable and there are a lot of cold beers to enjoy. The prices are a bit on the high side, but hey everyone needs to make a living, and once in a while the bartender will take care of you.

Loved it. We went there for my mother in-laws birthday and the food was great. I very much enjoyed the atmosphere and loved the 24k sauce. Waiting staff was very helpful and all were very courteous.

Best local family-run restaurant in Clifton park. I recommend the waitress that memorizes orders, the crispy chicken wings and perfectly caramelized Swiss cheese topped French onion soup.

The vegetarian options are very good here. There arent too many, but what they have is great! My personal favorite is the portobella wrap, definitely try it whether you eat meat or not!
