My group and I spent New Years Eve here. 6 people total. Throughout the night, we spent time in 3 of the 4 areas. Here are my thoughts: Community - the Lucky Strike Gastropub The menu for the night was a pre fixe 4 course meal. This means that for a flat rate, we each picked an appetizer, soup or salad, entree, and dessert. Nothing was really extraordinary. The service was not the best. Our waiter had not even seen the menu before we sat down. 3 of us got steaks that we overcooked, and everyones dessert was messed up. Being classified as a gastropub, it was very underwhelming. Bowling alley This was mostly a very fun experience. I loved how instead of chairs or benches in the lanes, they had couches. It was a very relaxing and fun time. They played really good music that got us moving and the facilities were up to date. But, yet again, the service was not the best. All of the lanes were not filled up, and even though they had servers working the lanes, several times we had to go find her or just went to the bar to get some more drinks. Jupiter Hall - Night Club When I first walked into Jupiter Hall, I was very impressed. There was a huge dance floor, lots of tables, and the music was really good. Mostly EDM that anyone could dance to. As it started to fill, bar service got really slow. I mean, REALLY slow. And I dont know if it was just because it was NYE, but drinks were really overpriced. $5 for a can of beer if I remember correctly. They had 3 bartenders at the big bar working, and I still had to wait at least ten minutes to get a drink. I did not spend any time in the arcade, however it did look really nice. I had to walk through it to get to the bathrooms. The area looked clean and all the games were recent and working. All in all, I would probably go bowl again if I were in the area. Based on my experience from that night, I would not recommend going to Jupiter Hall or Community. Service throughout the entire establishment was slow. It seemed that they had too many new hires working that night. There were only a couple people who worked that night that seemed to have their head screwed on and were able to work with us.

I went in there specifically to have a surprise 50th birthday party for my boyfriend. When I got there they put us in a small table and I specifically ordered a big round table for my party. Food was very good, but we sat there with no drinks during our entire meal. I ordered crab dip and I got crabcakes for an appetizer along with other appetizers. When the bill came , took over 20 minutes of me waiting to pay the bill. I finally just left cash and left, her tip suffered . Then, we went to go get cards to play games and they try and trick you by adding points thank God my son caught it they wouldve charged me $234 for four cards . Pay attention to that before you approve it !! On the good side I brought a big chocolate chip cookie for dessert after which they were very attentive with. I think the waitress needs a little more training . I was so excited to go but service was absolutely terrible . As far as the bar we sat there for 15 minutes waiting for a beer. Instead she asked the person right next to us if the wanted another ,, they werent even finished with their drink yet !

The worst humiliating experience ever. I had a party of 20 all who wanted to eat, drink and bowl. No one wanted to go to the club and we are all well over 21 years old. The incredibly rude bouncer would not let me go in on my birthday. (He saw my ID and I told him it was my birthday) He thought I was out of dress code. I was wearing a one piece he thought it was sweat pants. I didnt even get the chance to inform him he was incorrect and he dismissed us rudely from the place. I was so upset and it almost ruined my birthday night. But I had a party of 20 who wanted to have fun so we went to Dave and Busters instead and had the time of our lives. I get it dress codes are strict but come on it was my birthday you could of at least heard the birthday girl out. Worst customer service ever , bad business moves. I would like an apology.

Came to have a good night out on a Sunday, first we wanted to order food normally there is a server this time no one took our order we had to ask for a menu as well as ask someone to place our order. The girls at the desk couldnt be bother to get off their butts to actually work. Then our lane was messing up so they moved us so already spending ten minutes looking through their crappy bowling balls I had to waste time again. This was the worse experience I had here. I will not be returning thanks MaKayla. Last rant --- how does the employees that cook food or guest eating wash their hands with NO SOAP in any restroom. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!

Lucky Strike Social is an upscale version of Dave & Busters. I really like how the bowling alley is setup. The couches are very comfortable. However it might be awkward if you are forced to share the table with strangers. Choose your bowling times wisely. I have not experienced the dining service. However it looks very nice. Im still confused about how the service works at the bowling lanes, so I walk directly to the bar. Do not come to Lucky for the prices. Lucky is unique with its setup and the fact it has a club. My experience with the bartender and concierge has been great. If you havent been, its seriously worth checking out.
