place is good to hangout..good dj ..hookah is good..all over i would have given 4 stars to this place..but i am giving three because of thier security..the old guy waa a jerk...and m not talking about security..i am fine with it since its for thier safety and customers safety..i am talkin about being jerk in general reason..my friend went out and wanted to come back..we were willing to pay the reentrt fee but he didnt let us enter and took 10$ from us which he put in his pocket since he straight forwardly ask us for cash...and at the end..i came out with a cup of water..and he let me go out..right when we reached out to our car.we were getting ready to sit in car since we had a long drive ahead when he came running to us and starting yelling that we are not allowed to stand here and drink stuff and that he is gonna call the cops..and let me tell you it was just with in a minute of us stepping outside of the bar..they need to change thier security...or teach them a little about customer service which should start right when we pull up in thier parking...also they charged us 20$ cover fees ..since it was a belly dance night..which literally was only for less than half hour..hookah rate was 20$ but they kept asking for 25$ ..i dont understand how can tax be 5$ on 20$ bill..

I came there with my family for my husbands 30th birthday Saturday night. Good thing I made reservations because the place was so packed and people were waiting half hour, 45 minutes for a table. We got seated immediately by the host. She was so sweet and patient with us that we tipped her extra for her service. The staff was really amazing, they handled everything from the surprise birthday, to the cake, to the food, drinks, hookah and not once did they give me any issues. I was nervous because my husband is the kind of person who usually figures surprises out right away, but the manager helped me set it up in a way that I didnt have to do much work. everything was already set up when i got there. I highly recommend making reservations on the weekend though, otherwise you will definitely have trouble sitting down. Music was good too. Were definitely coming back soon.

Horrible, went on a Friday night for my friends birthday, had a great time until somone smoked weed, and then they kicked everyone out. Instead of removing the ones smoking weed, they removed everyone from the club, disrupted our service, and still made us pay for the whole bill. The management was more worried about getting their money than compensating for their faulty security checks and failed service in allowing a disruption like this. It seems like this happens often and they try and play it off like it doesnt happen often. Worst experience ever, dont go there, dont waste ur time going here, they will try and screw u out of ur money.

Fire n Ice is by far the best hookah bar me and my girl have ever been too. The scene and atmosphere is really laid back and chill for a weeknight when you just wanna kick back and relax or a weekend night when you wanna come out and drink and party. The bar is upscale and classy wit some bangin drinks and great customer service, there food has a one of a kind taste to it and is overall very very good. i highly recommend it to all of you hookah smokers and people lookin to have a great time. The location ia perfect,not to far from anything and easy to get to. Definitely stop in fire N Ice and i guarantee you wont be disappointed .

First of all, they attempted to create the atmosphere of a harem with individual seating that was basically repurposed amusement park ride seats with the pleather ripped off and wooden canopies and shredded curtains. Tacky. We ordered the pineapple bowl (the most expensive hookah ) and it showed up in some cheap rusty metal garbage can without sufficient coals to heat it up. Took forever for them to come add more coals to even get it started. Staff was rude and aloof. Btw, dress code on the door was blatantly racist, which was ironic given the choice of gratuitously loud music and general patronage. Dont bother with this place.

My husband and I went there a two weeks ago...first the music was way to loud for a lounge atmosphere...then when they finally seated us, two minutes later they asked us to move to a different table..when our food came out it was cold...and when we got our hookah, it was fine until we ran out of coal...the waitress never looked our way to see if we needed a refill of soda or coal...by the time the guy came around with fresh coal our hookah was burned out and tasted like ashes...as lounge started to fill up with people, just because we never purchased alcohol the waitress never came our way...we are never going back there again

Me and a small group of friends went there last night, we paid and were told it would be a 45 min wait, Thats not a big deal, but when I see groups bigger than ours getting seated right away, its a problem. We never got seated, stood around for over an hour and a half just waiting for an empty table, which we saw 3 of, and yet your employees refused to allow us a place to sit. we never got seated, Come closing time, we still hadnt been seated. The female bathroom was beyond disgusting and unsanitary. It was our first time at your establishment, and I assure you the last. We want our money refunded to us.

I would never go back, ever. Went this past weekend for the first time and it was not good at all. They charge a cover at the door - FOR WHAT? The belly dancer was WACK and WHITE - not even authentic. The DJ was horrible. The place itself is dingy and the table was so sticky and dirty that I was actually afraid to eat anything. The bathroom stank. The room visible on the way to the bathroom looked disgusting. The worst part was the bill - they seem to add unexplainable line items to your bill - prices were ridiculous. I dont even see what the attraction is to this type of place. No thank you.

Was here for the first time last night for my brothers birthday. Was a little skeptical at first because security said that Saturdays were Bollywood theme night but was surprised by the vibe when we got downstairs. Crowd was chill and the vibe was real laid bacc. The music was hitting and it was a nice mix that the DJ played. It wasnt even Bollywood all night! They have a variety of hookah flavors to choose from and the hookah was definitely on point. Drinks werent bad either. Service was Good and the place got bumping right away. Ended up staying until closing. Will be going bacc for sure.

I was there on Tuesday night with my 2 friends at 11pm I ordered the red wine bottle . In the menu the price of the bottle is 30$ but wh n brought the cheque the price in the cheque was 50$ I called the waiter he was not answering why he charged me like 50$ the waiter the Chinese guy was the guy with more attitude no response to customers . He was busy hang out with other customers and I m going to dispute the charge... Just he trying to send me out of that place when I was letting him know he charged more for me.
