Wow. What a gem of a city park. My daughter held her wedding in the gazebo by the waterfall. A perfect setting. Very beautiful and romantic. Perfect for about 20 guests (they have bigger spaces too). Great service and accessible facilities. A nice interpretive center for learning about the wildlife and history. Nice walking trails too.
This is such a nice park. I never knew it until I existed unitl I moved into to St. Louis Park. I see turkeys every time I go there! Nice trails including boardwalks over the water. I participated in a beginning archery course this spring and it was very well run.
Hidden in plain sight in St Louis Park. 10 minutes from Dt Mpls. Miles of trails, playground, interpretive center with tons of stuff for kids to explore, touch and learn about nature. I meet with my dad, son and grandsons here once a week. Great for all ages.
Beautiful nature area with trails surrounding the lake. In my short walk, I saw cardinals, bluegill, and a muskrat. Staff are friendly. Boardwalk on the far side of the lake is under construction, so you cant fully walk around until repairs are completed.
Great park hidden away in the twin cities. The lake is a great place to fish and you may catch a glimpse of wildlife like deer and turkeys. They also have an owl and a hawk at the main center.
Beautiful and so relaxing. There are easy to walk, paved trails with wildflowers, free roaming turkeys, and if youre lucky, you might spot a naturalist with an owl!
Wonderful nature center for children and families. Celebrate birthdays with advance reservations. Explore animals and nature close up and personal. Free.
Nice place, saw a lot of wildlife, dont forget the bug spray, my 2 year old was wiped liberally with off wipes and still got ravaged by mosquitos!
Coming here since childhood, improvements all the time. The charm of a wild place in the suburbs. Everything from woods to boardwalk.
This is a real gem for nature lovers. Wetland and woodland combine for a peaceful walk, Trails are well kept and good signage.
Nice park in the middle of St. Louis Park. Well maintained trails and friendly staff. Lots of mosquitos so come prepared!
Several hiking trails, variety of animals and plants. Impressive interpretive center and calendar of year-round events.
