I like their small gym as oppose to the more bigger gyms where everyone seem to be more interested in how they look and you look than getting in the exercise and being healthy. You have all ages and it is quiet. I feel really good after leaving here because I was able to focus. The staff is always welcoming and friendly when you enter the building and facility is always clean.
