Definitely worth your time. Owner showed true passion for his work and was very knowledgeable. He took time to explain so much about each wine we tasted and personally walked out to us on the deck for each tasting, since we had brought our dog with us. We enjoy dryer red wines with lots of complexity and smooth finishes. We left with a case of wine to enjoy at home. Great setting and beautiful day to savor the experience we had at Turtle Run.

My wife and I visited Turtle Run while doing the Upland Wine Trail. What an amazing find! All of the wines we tasted were wonderful. The fact that none of the wines have added sugar is an added bonus. Jim and Laura werent at the winery when we visited, but the employees showed true enthusiasm and pride in their wines. We have definitely found a new favorite winery! I highly recommend a visit!

If you havent had wine from Turtle Run Winery, you need to make a trip to their winery. Take one of their wine classes. Your best chance to get into one of their classes is to follow them on Facebook and reserve a spot immediately after they post it. It is a great date night. Turtle Run is not just another winery, they are different and better. Go see for yourself.

I met them at the Leo Awards Night. They were there doing a wine tasting. Very nice and professional! Great wine, including the Chambourcin. We run River Bend Winery in Downtown Louisville and would love you to stop at both Turtle Run and River Bend Winery while you are in the area.

We were on a Southern Indiana winery journey and stopped at Turtle Run. What a pleasant experience. The lady sales/information clerk was very knowledgeable and personable. After a bit of tasting, we both picked out a wine to buy. All-in-all, a terrific time...we will return!

I too am a red wine lover, but their whites are so very good. My favorite is the Cabernet Franc and the Cabernet Sauvignon. Love the Sauvignon Blanc. Recently had the Syrah. Amazing, all of them. Their wines show their love of good taste.

Im not a wine lover or drinker, but took here my fiancee here because she is. They had a killer selection of whites and reds and I actually liked quite a few of them. Friendly staff and a nice drive through the country to get there

Best wines around! We love that there is no sugar or sulfites added. Jim, Laura and all the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They also have great concerts on Sunday during the summer.

Excellent Wines. I am primarily a red wine drinker. However, the way they make their sweet wines, I can drink those too! Jim really knows his wines. Love this winery. Its worth the visit!

Very friendly staff. I consider Turtle Run to have the best local wine in the Louisville area. Many events scheduled throughout the year.
