The people at this place are horrible. The ladies are very nice its the guy who owns the place. Even the funeral home told us they have problems with them. In my case my family bought lots 50 years ago or more. Well we own several, now I found out that unless I have the actual deed, there is no way that they will look up in their records and find the information. Well, some of the deeds were lost. They told us too bad, no deed no lot. Thats nice, huh? Plus they resell the lots if no one has used them.

Many of my relatives including my parents and great grandparents are buried at Fairmount Willow Hills Memorial Park. I have written them several times to request plot information and they have always replied with answers plus extra information. My parents were debating between this location and another one and what made them decide to be buried here was that the staff was positive and helpful. I thank them from the bottom of my heart for being so kind and positive. Im considering being buried here myself.

My brother has been buried here since June of 1980. In all the time I have been coming to visit his grave I have never had a complaint. Thank you to all the staff that have made his final resting place as peaceful and pleasant as can be.
