Good Park District. Giant park! Good location, easy to get too and as of late the Park District has been adding more and more family oriented events. There is more to be desired when it comes for programs for kids 3 and under and also with community participation. We tried aigining up or little one for a few classes but all were cancelled due to lack of enrollment. The residents of Summit need to demand more of its Park District but at the same time take advantage and utilize what is already being offered. There is no limit what this park district can do with the space and facilities it has , the community needs to come out and support its Park District to keep it going!

Great place for walking, running, rollerblading, etc. Has open fields, soccer fields, skatepark, tennis and basketball courts. Awesome for hill sprints, too. The village recently repaved the trails, but took out equipment from WorldTrail, which includes dip bars, ladder, monkey bars, etc. Think adult playground along the trail. Im hoping the village plants these back. Good for incentivizing people to try out different exercises from walking. The barbed wire along the fence of the splash park is a nice touch. The park also doesnt have doors to deal with unless you have to pee, which I havent tried the outhouses yet.

Been here once for the dog park. The fields are nice but the actual dog park is tucked away at the back of the park. I was kind of confused on how to get there. The enclosure for the dogs wasnt very big, bit they did have seating with a cover for non canine mammals lol lame, I know. On the bright side it was very quiet back there and it was right next to a running/jogging/walking path.

There should be better equiptment and today in the fireworks the kids had a bad time because the games were bad there should be a park with no woodchips but a soft like sement and the park should be closed with yellow ribon in places that are flooding with water because of the water i had to throw out a bran new pare of shoes

About to go. Anticipating a 5 star experience. According to Nicholas Demorest, its really woodsy. Woodsy is good. Right? Update: went. It was good. Try the mocha latte. Not enough wifi though, thats why Im taking it down to a 4.

Like the park alot ...usually go there to play an tennis there are like two courts to play ...they even have lights on them until 9 or 10 really nice and close to Archer rd

Disc golf course is pretty bad. Its very muddy, not much variety, and very few clear fairways. Only positive is that the trees present a challenge.
