This is the only place to view the Arch from the East side of the River. Train tracks and a large wall occupy the river front and there for obstruct the view quite badly. It is a very nice platform to view downtown St. Louis and the Gateway Arch. Was not crowded and provides a great photo opportunity. Handicap friendly! The observation deck consists of a very large ramp all the way to the top.

Plentiful parking, easy access, and wonderful view of the Gateway Arch. Be forewarned, though, that your entry/exit may be delayed by trains coming in/out of the area. There are only two ways in/out, but one was blocked by construction, so we had to wait.

You arent from around here if you dont know about this hotspot. Must see for photography, as well as tourist. FREE, and the view is dead center of the St. Louis skyline.

Beautiful views, easy parking, clean bathroom, lots of space to roam! When you get to the top of the overlook, call family or friends and tell them to watch the webcam!

We got a quiet different view of the arch from here. Nice place, not much crowded. Factory near the park is trying to destroy the beauty of this place.
