I went there last night for the first time & I had a lot of fun ofcourse. BUT Im only giving 2 stars because there service SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS! VIP was cheap compared to other clubs but even their VIP sucks. Lady in the bathroom was completely RUDE and told me to move from a dirty ass chair cause I tried fixing my heel and looked at me like a dirty homeless that couldnt sit in that chair for 2 secs lol securities in the entrance wouldnt let my friend who was celebrating her 21st bday drink Bc she had to wait till her bday to be over to drink which DOESNT make sense. Lmao we literally had to take that to a manager so she could drink. Place was a fun environment other than their service thats super shittyyyy. Hire people that look like they love their job and will make people wanna come back! No wonder you got such bad reviews!!!! And btw customers that waste money like we did should always get treated well for the money we make you. I will never return there.

The volkan club is the worst place Ive been to in my entire life!!! Over selling the VIP section to the point where people were fainting or fighting. I paid over $100 dollars to see my favorite artist (Bad Bunny) and couldnt stay to see him preform or meet him, because of the heat generating from everyone pushing and the waitresses constantly passing behind us, where there was clearly no space. Staff was rude and no body could seem to agree with what line everyone was suppose to be in. The safety aspect of the section,we were In, was seriously scary to the point where if something did happen I am positive we wouldnt have been able to get out. This place is a safety issue and a waste of money. Please refrain from going if your safety means anything to you. If there was negative stars as an option I would rate this at -5stars.

Este lugar me pareció un completo desastre uno paga por la mesa reservada, la cual se supone para estar comodo, y de que sirve pagar tanto si no hay nada de comodidad. La gente sin pagar reserva. la dejan subir a donde están las mesas reservadas.. Que horror uno sentado y la gente parada casi aplastadonos!!! Donde queda la palabra vip.!!!! Guacala.. es nefasto.. espero nunca regresar ahi.....

My experience was awful it was my 21st birthday and they told me till the other day I entered. Already gone an entrance are 30 dollars and 6 beers to 50 dollars and is not a very safe places mi experiencia fue horrible fue el dia de mi cumpleaños numero 21 y me dijeron que hasta el otro dia entrar. Ya habia ido una entrada son 30 dollares y 6 cervezas a 50 dollares y no es un sito muy seguro

Two guy friends and I wanted to enjoy a night out online it said cover was 10$ when we got there they said 20 and it took around 30 minutes for them to allow us in with the cover of 10. Online its advertised as closing at 4am- they stopped the music at 1:15 without warning and starting telling people to get out. It was supposed to be a "snapchat party" but the DJ didnt seem like he knew much about tech. Later in the night the DJ put on his story that he had to close it down and get out because it was lame. He later deleted the snap from his story. Pros: friendly security. Thats about all I can say for my experience here.

If I could them negative stars I would. We arrived in a group of 20 after verifying THREE times that the people under 21 could get in. We spent $700 on transportation to her here and over an hour of our time getting here. Just to be stuck outside until our pick up to me(4am) I asked to speak to a manager and they just kept ignoring me. The most unprofessional dance esstablishment I have ever been to. We also discovered there was people under 21 already inside the club. I ignored the low star rating hoping id have a better experience but no. I highly encourage no one to ever come to this place.

El servicio muy mal es mi primera vez .vengo de Texas de vacaciones y pides una mesa para sentarte y divertirte y las meseras te niegan las mesas tienes que consumir lo que ellas dicen en cada espacio y no te dejan. .solo es pura gente que ellas conocen. Malisimo el servicio no lo recomiendo....

We went there to dance tropical music because they advertised that there will be 2 areas for dancing, usually one of them is more tropical music, we were there for an hour an a half and nothing, so I asked the person at the door it was almost midnight, and he said that it will open IF the place got packed, "but is likely that well open it after midnight" so waited till 12:30 and decided to leave... We went to Transit Night Club SO MUCH BETTER!!! So, to the people from Volkan, if theyre going to advertise "2 dance rooms" then make sure you have 2 freaking rooms open!!!

They bring good artists and bands every once in a while. I dont go there unless that is the case. There was a leak on the roof right over the main dance floor last time I was there (7/16). The bathrooms are not in good shape. Theyre small and can handle only a fraction of the people needing to use them. They have a no reason entry policy so make sure you dont to go back out once theyre in! Bouncing off of that, make sure to call and ask if they will have coat check open because if they dont youll be stuck holding onto your jacket for the entire night.

The only good thing was the music everything else is horrible drinks are to expensive a bucket is 48 to 52 dollars depending what kind of beer it is . Tequila shots are not even full shots really bad service and one 2 of the securities tried staring a fight with me and my girlfriend I went yesterday Friday night there was a short Spanish girl who said my girlfriend was drinking when she never was and the tall Spanish guy tried fighting me instead of trying to work things out . horrible place period I will never go again .

At first it was nice, only because the owner made an exception on the entrance prices since we had a big group. The bathrooms are unbelievably disgusting. The securities are unnecessarily rude. The bar at the entrance is a joke. All 3 bartenders are lazy and rude. I stood there literally waiting on them to stop throwing the ball at each other as to who will take my order. I did not tip. The music is good. I enjoyed dancing the whole night. The service just sucks. Definitely a club for older people lol

Bad bunny concert was a disaster it wasnt even worth it VERY unorganized and the whole staff was rude and when you asked them something they didnt know anything about anything. There is absolutely no point of going to an event here because they will over book it get your money and you will be hot, uncomfortable and annoyed from bumping with everyone, this is definitely a safety hazard, yall need to get it together!!

Not only did they never answer their phone for questions about the night, but there website advertised 25, yet they charged 35 at the door. I dont mind paying , but the fact they did nothing to correct the issue at the door or their website was a letdown. Ive been to better clubs where they treat people with a lot more respect. Looks like here they forgot how important the customers really are.
