I wanted some statement wall pieces for my apartment. However, I am not an artist, and know very little about art, and art galleries have intimidated me in the past. However, I came across The Leigh Gallery online, and some of the pieces really caught my eye. I read the reviews which encouraged me to check it out. I went to the gallery and the gallery owner, Jean, as well as Joe were very gracious and helpful. I had written down some pieces that I was interested in while browsing online, and Joe brought each piece out for me. They were both unintrusive, and very patient with me while I browsed and asked a ton of questions. I took a lot of time browsing, and didnt feel rushed at all. Jean and Joe were wonderful, and I did not feel pressured to buy at all. They even suggested I go home and think about it if I wasnt sure. I ended up buying three pieces of art! I cant wait to put them up in my place!

I recently moved to Chicago and was looking for a local, unique art gallery. The Leigh Gallery is lovely. The owner (lady) in charge is very welcoming and will share information on local questions you have. Very sweet people. The art pieces are diverse, unique, and beautiful. Local artists.
