I worked at this den of closeted racist for 8 months On March 14 I pulled the "outdoor Manager " and asked him to please not disrespect me and like a drunken sorority girl he became enraged and fired me saying verbatim" Now you can go Cry about your civil rights somewhere else" his name is Manny. This from a supposed man whom prides himself on his pedicures smh I put that as my personal experience as an example. That dress code is nonexistent they only use it to weed out blacks, east indians, poor whites anyone not white and rich. I witnessed these horrible humans being rip people off and then kick them out in the cold without coats in the dead of winter. They even have a middle eastern employee who is sooo brainwashed in short if you are a decent human being you will not give this den of racist any of your money if you doubt what a say go stand across the street and watch them work. 3 managers in 8 months hmmmm . yes I am disgruntled but believe me these words are true may Karma punish them all this place is something the world can do without .do not go there please it could be your daughter or friend or son they will not be treated fairly unless you are an athlete or white and rich. and if you are a black athlete you may still get screwed . go and see for yourself just watch Cliff

So, we bought tickets to the lollapalloza after party. Getting there the bouncer told we could not enter dressing shorts (even though the girls that were with us were allowed to enter dressing shorts and sneakers, lollapalloza outfit). We went back to the hotel, dressed pants and black tees and came back just to the bouncer now, with a astonishing snob and disrespectful posture, say that we could not enter without collared shirts adding in a most arrogant and rude way "We are oppend until 5am. You have plenty of time to go back to the hotel and change so there is no excuse". Unbelievable! Of course we didnt get back AGAIN and ended up losing the tickets we had already bought. My problem here is not these dressing code per se, I mean, if you have a nightclub and want all the men to dress as dbags thinking thats fancy, ok, its your choice and your right. What is not your right is, first, to hpuse a LOLLAPALLOZA AFTER PARTY and dont explain any where (not in the ticket, not on the website) that there is a dressing code and expect people to come from lollapalloza dressed as a trainee in a casual Friday! Finally and worst, was the way the bouncer treated two people that had already bought tickets, two clients of the business he is working for and representing. That was really unacceptable!

I got escorted out with no warning and when I walked out hoping to talk out the misunderstanding, the employee disrespected me and pretended to not hear me. When I asked to talk to management he told security to get me off the property. Even the security guard was confused. Before walking in I waited in line with my already bought ticket(I was the 10th person) I waited half an hour and thought they mightve sold too many tickets and were over capacity. When coming in I was surprised that there werent that many people. They were simply creating a fake line to make the club look "poppin". The inside is actually nice and maybe I just had bad luck with that one staff member but in the end I spent almost 50 bucks for my ticket (standard pricey nightclub drinks) and didnt even have a chance to ask for a refund or anything. Very disappointing.

My boyfriend and I drove from Minneapolis to see DJ Chuckie last night. We got to the club around 11:30 and were denied enterence, even being on the guest list, because my boyfriends pants were "too baggy" when they clearly werent. We made a seven hour drive just to see the DJ and didnt have a change of clothes so we had to rush in a cab to the only target that was still open and buy him a new outfit. When we got back twenty minutes later they pointed out his shoes and told him he couldnt wear his hat, which were not mentioned before.. Finally, we get in after a long wait. The only reason Im giving it two stars is because the bartender was really nice I dont know how they can call this an EDM venue because no one even knew who the headliner was.. They were just concerned about drinking their $1000 bottles.

It was a group of us. We called ahead. We didnt have to wait outside. We had bottle service. The staff was very attentive. I got too drunk and was escorted out, which isnt a problem except the guy wasnt communicating with anyone. He said, "Come with me." Drunk me was slow to respond. Then he grabbed me by the elbow and pulled me away. When the group came around to inquire what was going on, he didnt speak to them and didnt give me time to speak to them. Outside was exactly what I needed, the fresh air and less noise was much better for drunk me but the guy didnt tell me anything. I didnt know if I could go back in if I wanted. I didnt know if he was trying to be nice out mean. He was a little physical but wasnt intimidating. He came off as rushed more than anything.

They dont like people of color Manny the head door guy made that clear. He said I was name dropping by mentioning that I work for a major company in the city of Chicago, as I saw them letting in random folks off the street. Clear that if you are a POC you need to be a rapper or athlete. Even after a table buyer came down and said "hes at my table" they werent interested i guess he was mad. Manny is his name he said he dislikes when "you people come and name drop" didnt know explaining where I worked was name dropping but all good Ill spend money at a place that doesnt serve racism with their drinks. Not to mention I literally saw them allow something with a gun in the club. Thats safe. They are a underground wannabe without the location.

Table for DJ Mustard. Wouldnt let us in until the credit card was given, wouldnt pour us a drink until the credit card cleared. Literally took over 30 minutes before they poured us a drink. Once the credit card owner left the table, took our booze away and sold the table to another group. I poured my own drinks half the night and was in on the table too. Wont do it again. Thats service? Can go anywhere for a nice night out. Treated us like we were going to cheat them and then threw us out as soon as the credit card holder left. Never again. Club is a smaller version of Mid. Rather have the service than deal with this nonsense. They have much to learn. DJ Mustard killed it though so at least their talent buyer is doing right.

Transphobic and anti-lgbt. The vibe is weird and you can tell people didnt come for the music, but because its a "high end nightclub." Lots of guys in suit jackets trying to pick up single girls who arent interested. Also NOT welcoming to feminine men or masculine women. NEVER support this company if you are an LGBT ally. If the door man decides you are a man, you cant wear a dress. I guess they didnt get the memo that its a privilege to be a passing trans woman that some trans women cant afford. Drinks too expensive. Big name DJs that are terrible. A blight on the Chicago club scene which is supposed to be open and loving.
