FANTASTIC place to see shows in Sandpoint. Intimate setting, clear sound, amazing lights! Womens bathroom is a disaster, however. Doors dont lock right and offer little privacy. "Automatic" toilets dont flush when they should, do flush when they shouldnt (like, Im not done yet!) Water shoots so strong out of the sink that it sprays all over onto people washing their hands.

The Hive is my favorite venue in the Eastern Washington/ North Idaho area. It is very clean and new. My favorite bands come here- bands Id usually expect to see in bigger cities than Sandpoint. Because the venue is small, its very intimate. No matter where you are in the venue, youre close to the performance.

Umphreys McGee 3/10/2016...Lights Sound Atmosphere all 4+ stars... but we got to the venue 30 minutes before showtime and were still standing in line outside two songs into the first set. Overall pretty badass experience. Keep booking awesome bands and I will be back.

I absolutely love this place, my only complaint is that they dont do more and bring in more bands. Great sound system, fair ticket prices, well maintained and clean venue, with fair drink prices and friendly staff!

FANTASIC music venue. I saw Umphreys McGee here and it was a wonderful show, the crowd was great, and alcohol was very affordable and enjoyable as well.
