Great lunch spot if you work in the area, and/ or meet-up place for drinks after work. I almost always order the Build It Yourself Burger and havent been disappointed yet. Service can be hit or miss, but recently there have been many more hits than misses. They have a $15/bottle wine deal on Wednesdays, which my friends and I love. We usually eat/ drink here a couple Weds / month. I wish they would extend the wine deal to more days - and I would go more often. (hint, hint management) Last week I took my dogs with me for the first time. They can dine with us on the patio, and OTP even has a special dog burger you can order for them if you want. The server kept a dog bowl filled with water for them too. We all had a great time. Google Local Tip: If you take a picture of your food and post it to certain social platforms, like Facebook, show the post to your server to get a free lava cake. You must use hashtag #otptapandgrill (Deal details can be found on the menu. One per table).

Really want to like this place because I live so close to it. Been twice, on the first visit we requested a high chair and were informed they only have one, which was being used. Had to drive home and come back with a booster seat. Got a burger and it was okay, too much bread and not enough meat. On the second visit I got fried chicken and it was very good. They bring house made potato chips and they were good too. Good beer menu. Only other issue, is both times I was there the wait staff was spread too thin, they are trying really hard but can only give you so much attention. Anyway, we will be back because the place has a good atmosphere, menu and they are really trying to make it a good place to eat and hang out. New restaurant and I think they will work out the kinks.

Service was horrible. I had a drink with a couple of my friends, we sat at the bar and had a pregnant server that was an "acting bartender". Her attitude was very unprofessional, I dont care if she was pregnant she works as a server and her job was to be professional. If she didnt feel like working today she should have stayed home. That was my first and last time going there......NEVER AGAIN. On top of her nasty attitude my friends still tipped her. I didnt leave a tip because I tip depending on service. Thats another reason why she should have had a good attitude "as a server they do not get paid well, they make their money from the tips". Hopefully her boss talked to her because with an attitude like that they will miss out on a lot of good customers.

I live a mile away, so it is convenient for me and I like that it is so close. They make homemade potato chips every morning that they will bring out if you ask...they are good and very addictive. Tuesday is Taco Night and Tacos are $2 each for chicken or beef...they are very good. Also $4 drafts on Tuesday if you are so inclined. They have a patio...in addition, they have a large door that opens up on the inside in the Spring and Fall which is really nice. Food is good most of the time, but I have had a warm/cool spots plate before...I guess depends on the cook...I think they have had a problem with turnover. But overall, I like it.

Relaxed, open setting. Outdoor seating that is up away from traffic. Often have live music on weekends. Its small, but most seating (including high-top seating) is next to the long stretch of glassed wall. The burgers are a great deal, although they should add a blu-cheese burger add a regular item (you can order one off the "build your own"). Desserts are a hard choice. Creme brulee, lava cake, apple crisp are the three we struggle between. Any of them are a good choice!

Really disappointed with the service and the food. Our drinks remained empty for a non-trivial amount of time. The flatbread we ordered had half-melted cheese on the top. I also ordered a pork sandwich (the lunch special), which came with slaw that I had specifically requested they leave off. When my plate was returned, it was the same sandwich, and the kitchen had just scraped off the slaw. We will not be back.

A year ago this place was a 5-star location. Unfortunately, the management does a poor job in actually managing the restaurant and relationship building with the clients/regulars. After visiting this place weekly for the past year+, Ill never be back. Service has slipped significantly -- not due to typical turnover -- thanks to poor relationship skills and poor training.

Dog friendly patio. Burgers for your pup! Bipeds will enjoy a great selection of food and drinks that are tasty and presented nicely! 2/23 - our server sat down with us and shared that she recently lost her dog. This made me feel for her loss and reflect on the good times we have with our dog. This place knows how to take care of their customers.

The food is pretty good. We’ve gone here multiple times; however, don’t go here if there is a large party. We waited for about 20 minutes on a night with 18 people in a party. After being seated, we waited for over 20 minutes without ANY service before getting up and leaving. Other people were doing the same.

I have being here for the last couple of times and they always have me the same story. Ordered the lobster roll waited for my meal for 30 minutes, then had the come back to me after waiting for my meal for so long to tell me that they ran out of it.

One of our favorite hang outs. Casual, great food and reasonably priced. Wait staff is good, sometimes understaffed. Live music is nice but often times too loud to have dinner conversation.

Weve been there several times. Always have had great food. They can get busy and the staff runs their butts off! Everyone is very friendly. Its our go-to neighborhood grill and bar.

I really enjoy sitting out on the patio and listening to the live music. The bar is also nice. They have a great burger and good appetizers. Get the homemade potato chips.

Corned Beef Sandwich is great, as is the fried fish and chips. Very good food and attentive servers! The dipping sauces for the chips are worth the effort and expense.
