I took my girlfriend there for the first time last Friday to see Nuevou Sol who were great! I would go back to see them again! I was pleasantly surprised with this venue as the building and decor are very nice! Too bad I cant say the same for the service! We could not find anyone to seat us! We could not get drinks! We were told the bar was backed up! We had to ask for menus but no one came back to take our order! When we finally got our severs attention she said it was too late to place an order! We didnt know you stopped taking orders so early! We should have been told by someone! Your own website said no Cover Charge this evening but we were charged one anyway! This place has great potential but does not have their act together! It felt like it was the first time this place was open and no one knew what to do!

Our group of 12 tried Cape Cabaret for the Thursday Happy Hour in April. The mixed drinks were very good, not watered down, and the wine was of the quality that no one had a headache the next day. We tried all the appetizers and every one was a winner. We also tried the nightly dinner special in the lounge and it was nicely presented and delicious. The lounge singer was well organized, flexible and very entertaining. Our intention was to have dinner in the large dining room where the entertainment is, but none of us cared for the band that was playing so we opted to eat in the lounge. Our waitress was exceptional in taking care of such a large group. We will definitely go back and next time will try dinner in the main dining room.

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL & IGNORANT. Please go to this restaurant if you want that kind of service & if you want frozen, pre-cooked food & deserts.... oh not to mention... dirty tablecloths that they VERY RARELY WASH. Left a SINGLE MOTHER of a 1 year old without work. No lay-off... No notice of being fired. NOTHING. Left without work because of an """"""""obligation to daughter"""""""""""""" (I.E.- management texted 4 hrs asking to come in for shift and got upset because of no babysitter).. WITH NO WEEKLY SCHEDULE. Never had an issue before that.

Absolutely awful they waited on us for over an hour with absolutely no food, we were still waiting. They then told us "too bad we have a party of over 200 guests in the next room", seriously?! Thats unacceptable, the manager proceeded to yell at my poor mother who was trying to simply explain to the manager the situation to which he then replied "well if you dont like it dont come back!" I have never been to such a rude poorly run establishment in my life!!!

Your food is great, your staff is great, the music and entertainment is great. I look forward to many more years of great family entertainment.

What a wonderful evening. We went to Cape Cabaret to listen to A Moment in Time. A very talented group, great food, service and reasonable prices. A very classy evening just what Cape Coral needed.

Food is cold and inconsistent. Very long wait and the owners and management are rude and do not care about their customers. Overpriced, simply not worth it.
