My son and I always have a hood time here. its clean, relatively safe, and most of the time, the parents keep an eye on their kids. It has 3 different play areas, two of which are fenced in with an additional fence to separate the little and big kids sections. Its only a block down from the San Leandro library so there are clean facilities nearby (not to mention the library has a great childrens area). I cant recommend this enough. Just make sure you keep an eye on your kids.

Fun place to be at and have fun. Restrooms, few play ground, big area to play football. Not bad area but there is nothing to wash your hand with soup and hands cant be dry.
