This places looks nice and has a nice setting however the drinks are over priced and definitely not that great! Its one of those bars that if your not in there daily then they really dont care for you being there. Central is nice tho. I am not sure about the rooms but I hear badness....

I had a fantastic time there with the locals and the new people. The Grateful Dead cover band Rosewater was making everyone dance and it looks like a breath of fresh air has infused into the Clam Beach Tavern! They have new lower priced drinks and many new events every week.

Its the Digger. True old school Humboldt county bar. They dont want to hear your whiny ass problems or plan your vacation. Come here for a drink. If you can just be here for a drink or 5 you will be fine. And no the Bartenders will not sleep with you.

Down home, laid back atmosphere.. Great Fridays with Bluegrass and occasionally Rosewater Dead cover band.. A great neighborhood gathering spot... Good people, good vibes, great Paninis and dank local brews...

the last time I was at this bar it was a little store /bar last chance to get snacks before spending the day at the beach ..back in 1985 first time was 1978 so much as changed since then some for the better.

Cheap cold beers and a full bar at happy hour. Very friendly local vibe. Sodas for the DD were free!
