Came for a Rocket League tournament and it was awesome. Has that cinema golden era vibe. Security dont mess around but are nice people if you behave. Lots of food and beverage options in the area though for our event, food and drinks were sold inside. I had fries, chicken tenders, a cheeseburger, a pretzel, a breakfast burrito and pizza. Everything was really good though the pizza was so so. The rows of seats are a little on the narrow side, and I have long legs, so I tried to sit on the ends because otherwise it would get uncomfortable. The cushions on the seats are also not great for sitting 6-8 hours, but it was a good thing our event had several 5-10 minute breaks every half hour. I was surprised by the quality of the projectors. I thought they had huge monitors until I realized everything was projected. The picture quality is bright and sharp. I dont know what else to say but it was a great place did our event.

Ive seen two performances here: the killers in 2005 and Paolo Nutini this year. I really like this place. I like the historic architecture. The vibe is always kick back and comfortable. The vendors and venue staff are pleasant to deal with. This is not your average place to see a concert. Both times I selected to sit in the seating area above. I like to sit back, relax and enjoy the show. Kudos to those who stand for over 2 hours. Even though I was elevated and away from the stage, still felt connected. I do believe they should update their seats. They feel prehistoric and look the same way too. I expected a plume of dust when I sat down. The acoustics are great. If you havent been before, try it out. Parking is the only downside, but its nice that there are people directing you.

The wife and I had the opportunity to see The Killers here. Although the concert was a blast, neither of us were too pleased with the theater itself. I purchased high-end tickets through Ticketmaster, but we werent expecting no seats to be installed on the ground floor. The entire night it was standing room only and, for a three-hour show, it can get a little draining. The sound wasnt mixed all that great so the show sounded like somebody was smacking me upside the head the entire night. I had to go get another drink just to get out of there for a while. Overall, we werent that impressed and probably wont be back to the Wiltern for anything, let alone a concert - what a joke!

This was my first time going to Wiltren. I went to see a concert. It is very small venue which no matter where you sit you get a good view. I did not like the staff in charge of the V.I.P meet and Greet, you pay more money to be rushed through pictures, one band member didnt even get a chance to face camera before they snapped pictures. The beer was expensive $14 for a cup. there was hardly any merchandise to buy like t shirts. The food is Pizza, which was not good, tasted old, they have pretzels and nachos....stuff like that to eat. there is smoking in designated areas. 2 bars are located in back on floor . that was nice. I probably will not be going back though.

Venue is pretty good. Very beautiful inside with all the original details. I loved the tiered floor so that its not so hard to get a good view of the stage. Usual issues remain, bathrooms become full quickly. Staff and security seem to run smoothly. The VIP parking service is worth it if you have the funds but be aware those space are very small. If you get this service, the entrance to the preferred parking is right behind the Dennys off Oxford. We almost missed it the first time as its not signed with "VIP", just a sign with the address. Definitely do not plan on the food they provide as meal but as light snacks with your drinks.

Tears for Fears, Tuesday, Sep 23rd, 2014. AMAZING place to see and HEAR a band! We had seats in the Mezzanine level half way back. I have NEVER heard better sound in a Mezzanine, anywhere, anytime. Tears for Fears is truly an incredible band with great musicianship, great song writing, just incredible. It was like taking a time machine back to 1986 for one night! Thanks to the Wiltern Theater, the amazing sound people plus the natural acoustics it was a night of amazement. Would tell anyone I know that the place just rocks!!

Ive been here for concerts a couple times and its been great. Its a historic venue and has its vanity inside and out. They have bathrooms located downstairs and upstairs, but not on the theater floor. They have areas of concession stands selling pretzels and nachos as well as draft beer. The only downside for me was that lockers are only available by request of the promoter. I would have gladly paid money to rent out a locker, but I was not allowed to. Overall its a phenomenal venue and will likely be coming back soon.

Was very excited to see this very creative band but the sound was so bad I could barely pick out a sixth of the lyrics. Way too loud and overdriven, whoever was doing the sound was terrible. The only good part was the drummer. Inbetween the songs you could hear the singer very well so I know it wasnt the equipment. Just some guy with no ears left. It really ruined what should have been a great concert and everyone around me felt the same way. Very disappointed listener.

Absolutely Beautiful Building! The atmosphere is very laid back with high ceilings and an immense amount of seating. The bathrooms are a bit on the small side but that doesnt take away from The Wilterns beauty. We had a blast seeing Adam Devine back in March of 2017 and if were ever in LA again we definitely would love to revisit! Parking is in a separate building and it was $25 when we went and its about a 2 block walk.

I hate the area: its scary with dubious characters sleeping on sidewalks and the nearby park, parking is expensive and traffic is horrible, and its smelly and its dirty. Once you get inside, you find the staff is friendly. The drinks are pricey but effective, and the stage is viewable(unless your really short), clean and well maintained interior and bathrooms... The city needs to do its job and clean up the area!

Muy lindo el lugar y muy elegante, fui a ver a Perfume el 26 de abril y me la pasé muy bien, creí que estaria más grande pero el escenario está a una buena distancia, vista perfecta en medio

What stands out to me about the Wiltern is the combination of its standing room only section and sitting section. Both places offer their merit and it doesnt matter where you stand or sit you will be sure to hear and enjoy the music with its large sound system. Parking is tough especially during the weekday evenings, but its right next to a train station which makes it very commuter friendly.

The exterior of the building attracts a lot due to the classic aesthetic. Once inside, its a bit decadent. The acoustics are not the worst, but what was horrible was to spend 5 hours of concerts sat in the seats, which were not only uncomfortable, but the one where I was seating was so broken that the springs were coming out and you were nailed even in the deeper of your soul.
