This is an awesome bar to hear great live music. There are so many great bands that play here. If you like live rock music and blues music (lets throw in some Johnny Cash, R&B even ecletic bands and original music) this is a happening bar. No cover, reasonable drink prices, beer, wine and hard liquor (call a cab!). The staff is really cool and friendly too. My only complaint is that there arent enough bars that have live music in the South Bay.

The quintessential Hermosa Dive bar thats not a dive. Newish (5 years) owner continues to put his touch on this old classic South Bay bar. Great drinks, cold beer with lots of selections on tap. Super live music on Friday and Saturday nights with a nice crowd. Parking out back is a giant plus. Uber on down, you wont be sorry.

I like this place but I wasnt overly impressed. I thought it might be more charming but it was more of a basic dive. The bartender was pretty apathetic and slow even though we were two of 5 people in there. I still enjoyed myself all the same and would probably give it another try.

Friendly helpful staff. A girl can go in here by herself to watch a game and not be bothered. Lots of nice patrons. Hot dogs with tons of toppings on Football Sundays :) Good selection of beer and full bar.
