Disappointing The Tasting Room is a retail wine store that offers wines by the glass and small bites to accompany. When buying a bottle from them, you have the option to drink it there. The tasting room came highly recommended from a friend as a reliable Fresno spot for a glass of wine. I went on a Thursday evening to try out different reds, hopefully local to California. Of the four glasses in the red flight: - Pinot was near vinegary -- they kindly replaced with a pour from a new bottle, - Red Blend was turning sour -- they told us that it was fine and only a day old, - Zinfandel and Cabernet were as to be expected Before finishing the flight, we purchased one of their higher end bottles (at 150% markup over retail) since we werent enjoying the glass reds. I asked for a discount on the flight seeing as we werent finishing it and instead buying a considerably higher priced bottle -- they refused and said it was not possible. Overall, my experience at The Tasting Room was much lower-end than I was expecting for the prices that were being charged and favorable reviews. For the selection and cost, Vino Volo (found at most major airports) would be more in-line with what Id hope The Tasting Room would try to emulate. In Fresno, Ill continue to explore other options and enjoy the wine served at our areas restaurants.

The wine was good I appreciated the knowledge of the workers as I am newer to wine drinking The vibe was nice Lighting was a little dark Price was a little more then I would prefer to just go out and drink wine Went again for a plant nite there and the location worked wonderful for that I dont think I would go back but I wouldnt discourage others from going It just wasnt for me

Went here for the first time on a date. Enjoyed the service and general feel. Really nice wine selection, and if you like beer they have a great selection of Craft beers. They will put in orders for you at Thai Palms, Eureka Burger, and The Venue if hungry. The food is then delivered to you right there in the tasting room. Ill be going back.

LOVE LOVE LOVE This place. If you are in the area and appreciate wines, you must come here. They even have craft beers available in case you dont do wine!
