Saw Phantom of the Opera. The old theatre has no elevator. It is not specified on their website. My husband and I dont do stairs due to physical disability. They had no other seats downstairs so we had to either go up steps 1 at a time on leave without seeing the show. Facility is not ADA compliance.

This place used to be a beacon of (1960s) modern architecture -- then they "remodeled" it. Now the proportions are all off in the lower lobby, the railing dont match, and the new material are hideous. That said, the staff is very friendly and the theatre is still very nice.

Great theater. Some of the architecture looks a bit dated. Small seats. Always seems like someones head is directly in front of you. The Broadway in Fresno seasons are usually not great, but occasionally they bring in a big show like Wicked or Book of Mormon.

Dated, expensive and the security most be involved with local thieves. No purses allowed and somehow the paid parking lot gets robbed. Over $5,000 gets stolen and our window broken. Great night at this mediocre theater!

Jerry Seinfeld was great. Really really great. Event staff was so polite even though they were bombarded with impatient lost people. ES showed me to my seat quickly in spite of multiple people rudely interrupting her.

New policy turns away women with bags that are too big without notice or any sort explanation of what size works. Slightly smaller purse works and slightly bigger doesnt. Idiotic
