This is an extremely safe park with three separate parking lots, plentiful street parking, and easy pedestrian access all along the west and south sides. The north end of the park borders the Almansor Golf Course and shares a large two-tiered pond full of ducks. The resident ducks have become so tame that theyll waddle and paddle their way up to you at the mere hint of food. I dont think youre supposed to feed them but Id rather be gaggled than hear a kids tantrum. Some of the ducks even have nests and eggs along the protected bank of the course side. Great place to bring kids as long as you make sure they dont start climbing the rocks separating the tiers. The indoor gym hosts badminton and table tennis games in the evenings. The open air basketball courts are always packed with pick up jungle ball games from the afternoon into the night. The lighted tennis courts are especially busy at night. Theres a recently remodeled jungle gym and play area for the kids between the tennis courts and the track. The three baseball fields have a little league or softball games running at all times. The rubberized track along the south side has a constant flow of walkers and the occasional runner. Each quadrant of the track has a permanent exercise station for stretching or body weight exercises.

This park was a big part of my childhood and continues to influence neighboring communities and families. This park has so much to offer and is a beautiful place to just sit back and relax. The gym offers recreational activities that are so important for families and fitness enthusiasts. Their outdoor basketball courts (half; doesnt have a full outdoor court) are always filled with fierce ballers looking for some competition. In addition to your traditional recreational center, this park feature a beautiful pond / lake area with ducks to feed, tennis courts, several baseball diamond fields and a huge soccer field surrounded by a track that encompasses the whole park. The track features several different workout stations where you can stop to focus on a particular body part. Parking is never an issue. This park is huge and will forever have a special place in my heart.

Great park, my son played tball here. The playground was re-done a couple of years ago. Theres a pawn with ducks, geese, and turtles. There are picnic areas, a club house, tennis courts, golf ⛳ course, basketball courts, and baseball fields. Theres a YMCA in the same vicinity and a banquet building. This park also have a polymeric surface runners track around the park as well. 4th of July picnics here are great, theres great music, food vendors, and an awesome firework show that starts around 9pm.

The park is well maintained and is in a very safe neighborhood. I love running on the track because it is padded which makes it easy on the knees. The grass is nice and lush. It can get overcrowded especially with all the families and support gatherings they have there but otherwise it is a great park and a great place to get some work out soon. I love coming here to do my sprints.

Very crowded during 4th of July. Should go there before noon to take place for BBQ and family time. After noon, lots and spaces are fully taken. During regular days, this park is nice for a walk and run, it also has a nice soft playground for kids. There is also a pool full of fish to relax by. They probably should consider allowing dogs for CERTAIN areas instead of banning it.

This is a park that has been maintained by the city and Ive seen them make slight improvements over time. Its an easy and convenient spot for photo shoots. There are some nice brush, trees, shade, green patches of grass, a lake, some cool rocks and if youre lucky youll find turtles and birds around.

Its a good place for kids to play in sport league also a nice park to walk around it a clean place to be and take family there to enjoyget there a fire work show every 4 of July there and its pretty good show for free safe park to hang out at always police around there driving by always

Alhambras grandest park! Theres a pond with hungry birds. Watch out as some will get aggressive you agitate them. The basketball courts have been recently resurfaced as well as the running trail. Many green fields available for you to play the sport of your choice to your hearts content.

the park looks nothing like the picture. dont get me wrong, its a pretty nice park with two baseball fields, three tennis courts, I think 6 half courts for basketball thats always crowded, a little playground for the kids, and a good jogging/walking path. it basically has everything.

A great park for walking or jogging since they have a half-mile path around the entire park. This park is usually crowded but its mostly older people taking a stroll or practicing Tai Chi on the grass. A great park to take a quick break!

Good place to run as they have a paved and cushioned run path. Basketball courts here are a little tight but there are 6 half courts. A few tennis courts. I feel like this location is always full of people which is definitely a good thing.

One of the popular areas to walk/run at dusk/evening. Provides a lit area in the evening. Has half Court basketball, tennis courts, baseball, and soccer areas. Picnic areas, and a pond with many ducks and some geese... Some turtles too.

Best park in the area for taking a stroll. Theres also 6 half-court basketball courts, 3 tennis courts, baseball area, indoor badminton courts, a sheltered seating area with BBQ grills, and a pond usually inhabited by ducks and geese.

Great place for kids of all ages, weather exercising, playing basketball, or just letting the kids play, this park has it all. So come on over in see for yourself. P.S. you will not be disappointed!

Popular park where something is always happening. I like that it is well lit at night, especially if you want to walk or run the track. Basketball, baseball, field bowling and so much more here.

I like the scenery, and the pond is filled with geese and and turtle. The bathrooms arent too great, but theres a nice walking trail, as well as basketball courts and a playground.

A peaceful place I visit at least twice a week. But please all the visitor keep place clear, do not leave garbage on the ground.....protect the animals not to eat the garbage.

I think its a great medium sized park. Its a nice park to run a mile in but it gets really crowded by slow walking people so it wont be a good place to train for a marathon

Squishy foam covers the great walking/jogging path that meanders throughout the green area. Abundant parking. Popular with the local seniors. Good, safe atmosphere.

I love their cushioned running track...too bad it is very crowded all the time and parking is very limited. Most of the time we have to park on the street.

Closest park that opens at 5am for early runs/jogs before it fills up with ppl walkin and slowing ur run times. Careful with the occasional coyote though.
