Great seats with high backs to support your head and neck that can gently rock back and forth. Good room between rows of seats. The sound is good quality although some people find it to be too loud. There is a small restaurant in the front of the building that does serve alcohol, which can be taken into one of the adjacent theater rooms. There is an iMax theater that shows select movies at a higher price than regular rooms. Tuesdays are called Tightwad Tuesday because all tickets are at a discount. They have a loyalty program that enables you to gain points for free popcorn or movies. They also have a party room for rent that is great for childrens birthdays parties. They have a typical selection of popular movies and a large food stand. The only thing I dont like is that you must select your seats when you buy your tickets. This makes sense when the theater room is nearly full, but it limits your ability move if there are empty seats. Sometimes the people around you are talking or you realize you need to be closer to the aisle, and it is nice to be able to change seats if there are empty ones available.

The arcade has glitches all over the place. My kid was disappointed when she kept getting 400, 500, and even 600 tickets in one game, but it wouldnt reflect them in her account. The manager (who by the way looks like he might be a teenager) wouldnt believe us when we told him the problem and wouldnt honor this until we showed him proof (pictures of it), basically treated us like we were lying. He went on lying to us saying that the machine was telling my kid how many tickets she has total (by the way, the machines only show you how many tickets you won, not how many you have in the account). Bottom line, total nonsense. He did end up giving us 600 tickets because we had proof of that one. The tickets dont matter to me at all (they only have junk for prizes), what matters is the look of disappointment n her face when she realized it was a lie and she didnt have the tickets. I also do agree with other reviewers that the bathrooms are disgusting. Not worth what theyre charging for being at their place.

If you care about video and sound quality, avoid this theater. I saw The Force Awakens on Dec 21 at 7pm in Auditorium 2, and it was one of the most disappointing moviegoing experiences of my life. As soon as the previews started, I knew something wasnt quite right. The picture was slightly out of focus and very dim, with very little contrast. In some scenes the details were very hard to see and slightly blurry. This colors were muted and there was an area on the left side of the screen that wasnt dark enough. The trailer looked better on my laptop than the movie looked in this theater! We live in an age where nearly everyone has an HD TV and access to HD content, so its completely unacceptable to pay $9.50 to watch a movie that would have looked better at home on your own TV, especially the biggest movie of the year. Also, the sound was flat and lacked the depth and richness that you expect in a theater. Needless to say, I was not satisfied with my experience.

We absolutely loved Franks when it first opened. We kept going all the time but we went last night and that was the final straw. I take at least 8 people every time we go so I always spend well over $100. Management is terrible and you can also tell that they started paying people on a lower scale as well. The snack line is always dirty. I had to step in dried up sticky soda just to place an order. It is always something when we go. The worst thing is when you still have 10-15 minutes left of the actual movie only for 3 very unprofessional employees to come in and make a lot of noise. They were extremely loud with the trash can and then the 3 were carrying on. What is the sense of even going? I will save my money to go to the theaters that I would expect this type of customer service from. our last 15 times here have been a huge disappointment. Shame on me for giving you my money time after time.

This theater is amazing. And for all of you saying "assigned seats are a joke," clearly you have never been to a theater with a friend or two (or more) and had to sit separately because there were not enough seats next to each other. Its a BRILLIANT idea, that avoids conflict. Theater food is ALWAYS overpriced- just like theme parks and the like- you should never enter a theater expecting McDonalds prices. Unfortunately, thats partially on you. They can set prices as they see fit. The seating here is SUPER comfy; there is a ridiculous amount of leg room; the theaters are clean and crisp, and I love that there is even a bar to enjoy. The arrangement of the rows in the theaters are steep enough so that you do not have to worry about not being able to see the screen. I love it here. Highly recommend!!

I drove 25 miles to this establishment specifically to watch Dunkirk in their IMAX theatre. As soon as the previews and sound check began, it was obvious that the volume was far too loud. I have been to several IMAX theatres in the past and never had a problem with volume. I immediately went to the manager to ask if the she could adjust the volume. She stated it is impossible to adjust the volume. She and other employees said customers complain about the volume "all the time". In fact, one employee said she told her family they should never go to this IMAX theatre because it is unbearably loud. I find it hard to believe that the volume cant be adjusted if there are so many complaints about the sound level. In the end, my family drove 50 miles and didnt get to watch the movie.

What a dissappointment. This theatre used to be nicer. Management will do absolutely nothing about loud obnoxious movie goers. We tried to tough it out for more than half the movie, knowing we spent more than $20 between the two of us, only to find out we couldnt get our money back when we finally had enough. We still watched half the film they told us, even though that half was spent walking out complaining or dealing with another couples rudeness. The obnoxious movie goers get to remain and continue annoying others. You may get free tickets for next time, but we had to complain three times to get them before calling it a night without finishing the movie. Why risk going through this again when management does nothing to rectify the situation?

There are two main things that have caused me to rate Franks as just a one-star establishment. First, the newly implemented assigned seats system is not monitored. If you are going to have assigned seats, you enforce them. Franks does not. Also, the choosing of seats makes ticket sales take an extra long time. Second, the online ticket sales are a joke. The system would not allow me to use my gift card on several occasions. Before purchasing, you must register--but, even if you do you will receive a payment declined message, and leaving you to wait in line to purchase tickets (a line that is made longer by assigned seating). In the end, I just miss Regal Cinema. I would go back to those uncomfortable, uncomplicated, squeaky seats any day.
