Recently I took my two kids to see "The Wizard of Oz" on the big screen. It was a great experience for all three of us. At the end of the movie, as we were walking out I noticed that I didnt have my car keys. The manager, Trudy Wright, went into the theater with a flashlight to look for them, while I went to my van to see if I made the mistake locking them in there. Unfortunately I did. I went back in to see about getting a cab or locksmith to assist with this dilemma. I spoke to Trudy and advised her of the problem and she asked me were we lived. I told her and she said that was really close to the theater, so she offered to take us to our house so I could get our spare van key. Then she proceeded to do just that. All I can say is that Trudy went far and above what can be expected of her. THANK YOU, Trudy Wright, very much for your help! Your actions should be applauded and the compassion, professionalism and politeness that you exhibited in this situation is what separates you and your theater from the others. Again, thank you for everything you did for me and my family!

I went to see Trolls the other night with my daughter. We were both impressed with the newly updated concession area and the theater itself. The reason for taking away 2 stars was the sound quality/volume. We were in row C and the volume for the movie was very underwhelming and only from the front. We could hear everyone moving their chairs and all the other noise that is normally drowned out by the volume. It could have been the Theater (#2) we were in but when I go to a movie, I dont expect to get the sound quality of my soundbar on my home TV. Other than that it was a nice experience and we will definitely come back to give it another shot. Hopefully, it was either the theater itself or theyll fix the sound issues and it will be a 5 star theater after that.

All i can say is wow! Several theaters in the area have gone to easy chairs, but these are extremely comfortable. I love details and these guys have thought of it all. Even the cup holders are well placed and accommodate the smallest to the largest cups with ease. The staff is amazing and very attentive. I love the fact that they play music and movie scenes on the public address as you are walking up to the theater. It welcomes you in as you walk up to the building. The one knock I have is that they offer fries with some of their meals. It takes over 5 minutes to get the fries. I have to be honest, I would rather have fries that have been there for 5 minutes than get fresh and have to wait.

People like to complain about this theater because its old. Who cares? I love this place because there is always seating and I hate going to theaters that are jam packed like Cinemark even though its 2 dollars cheaper. I can show up on day of release for major movies and always get good seats even if the screen isnt as clear. If price and screen quality are must haves this is not for you as it is neither the cheapest nor the best quality. If lots of space, a quiet movie experience not filled to the brim with people hacking, gagging and coughing and loud children who shouldnt be there in the first place. Then this is the place for you. Love this place. That is all.

I love this theater. Just as other reviewers have said, it is off the beaten path and that means two things. One, it is never (in my experience) crowded and you can therefore find tickets at the last minute, even for premier showings. And two, I will admit the quality is slightly lower. The seats arent as comfortable as some other theaters and the sound may not be quite as good either. However, I think the pros outweigh the cons because the workers are extremely nice and the theater itself is very clean. Therefore, this is one of my favorite theaters to go to and I would recommend it - but not to too many people because I dont want it to become too crowded :P

Terrible theater. This is the first (and last) movie weve seen at this theater, so I cant comment on the other screens, but this was a pretty bad experience. First, the seats were really uncomfortable -- they ended at the level of the shoulder blades, so there was nowhere to rest your shoulders, neck and head. The result after a 2 and 1/2 hour movie was quite a neck ache. Second, the sound quality was fine, but the picture quality was quite poor -- too dark and a bad resolution. Yet for some reason, the ticket cost is quite a bit higher than the nearby (and superior) Cinemark theater in Merriam. Thats the theater well be heading to in the future.

Went to see a movie on Jan 1 - it was 9 degrees outside, there was no heat in the theater. Then the sound was kind of muted. Then the film occasionally goes in and out of focus....the film develops a neon yellow stripe on the left side...the film breaks - 10 minutes from the end, right in the middle of the climax of the movie. For 9 bucks a ticket, I could have gone to a much, much nicer theater. On top of all the film issues, the overall appearance of the lobby and bathrooms was pretty dirty. The staff was very nice and gave a refund when asked, but I wont be going to this theater again.

The last time I went to this theater the power went out at the climax of the movie, so that in its self was disappointing. But it took them 20+ minutes to get it going again. There was no apology or anything. I called back later and they said they gave out free passes, but there was definitely no one handing those out when we left our theater. We called them to complain and they said we could go back in and collect our free passes which was nice, but by then it wasnt worth the hassle going back. Its alright, never really crowded, so it is a chill place to watch a movie on the big screen.

This place used to be a respectable movie theater. Now, the seats are old, the sound and picture is outdated, the tickets are overpriced and the popcorn isnt up to par. I take an extra 20 minutes worth of driving to and from to go the Cinemark in Merriam, which has much better seating, screens and sound. The price at Cinemark is also almost $4 cheaper than Westglen on a regular night and their popcorn kicks the crap out of Westglen. Its sad because when I was in high school, thats where my friends and I went almost every weekend. Now, I will not return unless some major changes are made.

DO NOT GO HERE. Just go to AMC. Its cheaper and nicer with more intelligent, helpful staff. We went to b&b on a weekday afternoon when they are least busy. No one does their job. You could walk in without paying and none of them would know/care. Had to tell the person at concessions my order four times and they got it wrong every time. All I wanted was 2 small drinks and a medium popcorn. I didnt think it was possible for this place to get worse than it was when I was a kid. Also, MX4D is awful. Why pay to be punched and spit on in uncomfortable chairs for two hours?
