One of the worst experiences I have ever come across. I am a combat vet myself, and my wife is active duty, currently deployed to the Middle East, serving her country. She was tasked with this deployment last minute, and we had several plans that we had to cancel as a result. One of which were tickets to the Heritage Brew Festival. I contacted the Heritage Center via email, and explained the situation, and requested a refund for the tickets. I even stated that I would be happy to provide a copy of my wifes deployment orders if needed. Well, there was no answer to my email after almost a week, so I left a voicemail. Mr. David Walker (Event Marshal) emailed me back, and proceeds to tell me sorry, but no refunds. I replied back to that email, but didnt receive any response. No offer for a credit towards future events or something, nothing. Just sorry, out of luck. My wife and I will never, ever do business with anything associated with Manitou Springs, and will make sure we tell all of our local military friends about this experience as well.

The map app on my phone could not find the location by name. With Google maps my hard to find destination came right up, and the directions were easy to follow.
